RE: Babe: Pig in the Tunnel [HATCHING] - Hog - May 27 2026
"Really, really hard." Hog echoes. It was a completely sound logic. If you simply tried hard enough for something, it would happen. She had it down to a science already, the one time she'd done it to free herself from her chrysalis meant it had a 100% success rate. Rei would see too.
"Am I strong? I can go fast--" Without further warning, she breaks into a run across the tunnel stones. Which, was absolutely not very fast at all. At least if her audience had seen anything with even remotely longer legs run. But, to her, the breeze brushing her face, and ruffling her coarse hair, for a moment she was the embodiment of speed.
It likely wasn't very fast at all, not nearly even close to the speeds Rei, as a gembound capable of flight could likely go. To the outside eye, those not living in the moment of running and feeling the wind in her hair... Hog was slow. It certainly wasn't one of her natural talents.
