So he had done that? The Fossa tilted his head. Vinnie seemed to think so, nodded emphatically. He looked at the sea-gull's foot as he raised it, revealing the glimmering gem. His own gem seemed to react to Vinnie's gem, glistening, although perhaps not as brightly as before, in response to the bird's Magick. @Vincenzo RE: S.O.S Please Someone Help Me - Vincenzo - Mar 03 2018 ![]() The seagull let out a cawing laugh, warmly amused. "It is! And yeah, kid, faceplant. Like uhh. When you fall flat on your face. Don't know why it's called that, really; there's no plants involved." He mulled this over for a moment, then shrugged his wing-shoulders. "You ehh, wanna get some rest for now, or go learn to fish right this second? I don't want to wear you out so quick, you're a pretty little guy yet, ya know?" Vinnie eyed Mongo over, wondering what the hell he even was. What was he, and how big did one of these him-things even get?! ((ooc - we can continue, or end soon, or end & pick up in another cave/thread/whatever to teach fishing? Up to you! @Mongo )) RE: S.O.S Please Someone Help Me - Mayngo - Mar 04 2018
The Fossa grinned as the larger Gembound laughed loudly, seeming to find him funny. Yay, he was funny! That was a good thing, wasn't it? He hoped so. Mongo giggled at the thought of the large bird falling flat on his face, wondering how that would work with his mouth-thing. It was hard, so would it just stop him part of the way down? That would be so funny! Exit Mongo
@Vincenzo RE: S.O.S Please Someone Help Me - Vincenzo - Mar 04 2018 ![]() The gull watched the little fossa yawn, nestle up, and drift to sleep. He was filled with a sort of content pride, some tiny measure perhaps of what a true parent might feel. The fossa was happy, and fed, and understood some new stuff, and that was great! And now he was sleeping in a safe--well, a relatively safe--place. Vinnie mentally patted himself on the back for a job well done. He was such a nice guy. He should get a medal for this, or something. Or at least some fish. Quiet, the seagull kept watch for awhile, his pale eyes peering from the gloomy dark as his head flicked to and fro. The silence stretched on, however--bar the distant creak of the generator's wheel, and the rippling water. At length, he turned and nestled his head beneath his wing and he, too, fell fast asleep. - exit Vinnie - |
