RE: The Eyes of the Beholder - Baratheon - Jul 14 2015 BARATHEON "the world is mine for the taking" But it was his fault... That's what he felt when he looked into Usui's eyes. The sadness and hurt radiated there made him want to curl up into a ball and cry but he couldn't. He just lay there with Dragon on top of him and watched as the lion walked away. The dragon said nothing... He couldn't anything else. His eyes were moist with unshed tears. His ears twitched as the dragon told him something was going to hurt. He could smell the heat but he didn't care, he just wanted to lie their in his pity. Even when the molten stuff was dropped onto his wounds all he did was flinch and let out an involuntary hiss. After Dragon stepped off of him he curled into a ball, despite the wounds to his body. He really just wanted to lie here and sleep everything off and pretend it was a bad dream. He was certainly tired enough to do so. However, Dragon asked him a question. A reasonable one and Baratheon felt obliged to reply. "I'm fine. Thank-you." He sighed and continued, "I have something called the Bloodlust. Whenever I smell blood or taste it it make sme lose control of myself..." Which obviously had just happened. . words: 209 tagged: Dragon, Usui ooc: --- muse: 5/10 "Talking looks like this." Thinking looks like this... RE: The Eyes of the Beholder - Baratheon - Jul 14 2015 BARATHEON "the world is mine for the taking" He shook his head at Dragon's question, no, he wasn't badly hurt. Just as before he would heal in body and spirit, it would just take some time before he was back to normal. He just hoped Usui was alright, he'd have to find the lion later and apologize. Hopefully he would be forgiven. His ears twitched as Dragon continued to speak but unlike before he didn't feel like talking or playing anymore. The young dragon simply curled himself up tighter, feeling drowsiness start to take him as he buried himself in his tail. "I'll be sure to visit you and... and Dad... in Cetus." Dad? What a strange word. He was glad he would have a dad though. Would he ever have a mother and have a complete family? Those were questions for another day. "Someone will help me... yeah..." Forever the optimistic, he wouldn't let himself be completely down but he was still tired and still felt bad so he didn't uncurl himself. "I just want to sleep now though..." He closed his eyes. "I'm sorry..." Then he fell silent. Allowing himself to fall into slumber or at least an illusion of slumber. His ears still listened to what was around him, in case Dragon needed anything else. . words: 211 tagged: Dragon, Usui ooc: exit via sleep muse: 5/10 "Talking looks like this."
