RE: [Quest] Relics of a Forgotten Age - Haven - Jul 04 2020

"I'm coming," Haven said quickly, springing after Electrum while trying not to show her discomfort.

She rose into the air after seeing the black egg- stone? Thing be carried off, and urged Electrum after her as she lead the way, following voices and scents before circling back to Electrum to follow him instead. She rode on his jetstream, using it to stay close, getting a bit tired from all the excitement. Haven yawned and flew off quickly, glad she didn't have eyes to droop close. She could half-nap all she pleased.

Exit Haven.

RE: [Quest] Relics of a Forgotten Age - Akaari - Jul 04 2020

Just remember, darling, all the while. You belong to me.

~Won't you sing me a happy song ~

She seemed to have caught them in her web long enough for agreement to spread through at least some of the throng that had gathered, but some was better than none and she could be happy that at least she was the head of this snake. Or, more aptly, the eyes. There would be no more words released form her lips, her tongue dry and limp and needing time to rest, no more acknowledgements to the others as they spoke amongst themselves or announced their plans. Instead, she merely picked up the chain in her mouth and started out of the cave and towards Polaris. A glance towards Glaive as she left and a forced smile, best to have that creature on her side and by her side.

Exit

Electrum

He had eventually lifted the stone and made his way out as well, following the soft and fuzzy with the chain that had spoken quite a lot - and then suddenly not at all.

Making sure Haven was behind him, and taking note of her exhaustion, he makes double sure to stay where she could feel or sense him... and where he would be able to tap her occasionally with his tail or wing, just checking in.

;exit Electrum

RE: [Quest] Relics of a Forgotten Age - Glaive - Jul 08 2020

Because Navy just now remembered to exit this thread -

The spinosaurus listened along with no less than a hundred percent of her enthusiasm. Her snout tipped up and down and back again, baby blues sparking. She'd never been to such a place as Polaris, but it couldn't be too bad if everyone here was going. Glaive picked up one of the fish left uneaten, squinted as the strange hallucinogen kicked back into full effect, and trotted off after the group; but not before bidding the Ocean goodbye.

Scuttling towards the shallows, she splashed around and cooed through the angler, "bye Ocean-Orarian! Be nice!"

Then, off she went with the party.

exit glaive!

RE: [Quest] Relics of a Forgotten Age - Orarian - Jul 21 2020

Be Nice!

The Orarian had witnessed the strange gathering, lurking at the edges like a cryptid that wanted to participate but had no idea what to do in the first place. Everything happened much too quickly for the slow-moving leviathan of the sea, and it could barely hear most of them.

"be safe, gulf-glaive," the Orarian whispered with its magicks, its voice surprisingly clear to Glaive despite the usual distortion. Perhaps it was the fact that Glaive kept in frequent communication, that it was easier to understand, or maybe it was the drugs. It was rather impossible to tell.

It drifted back from the shore as the strangers shuffled away, leaving the remains of dead fish and other oddities behind. It did not know where they were going-- but it was glad they were going. It did not want Glaive to run into trouble, far from the Ocean, but the waves could not go past the tide, nor could the creature of the depths.

All the Orarian could do, was await the Glaive's safe return.

@Glaive ; Orarian exit

RE: [Quest] Relics of a Forgotten Age - Kaimana - Aug 21 2020

Ah, it seemed like they were all going now. Where to, Kaimana hadn't a clue, but she'd like to find out!

Away she went!
