RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Asimona - Jul 13 2018
Asimona thought, for a moment, that her roaring had worked. Everyone seemed to have stopped and quieted down. But the creature, Vinea, still had the stone clutched tight in its grip. She looked towards the owl and was about to invite it to take its own stone back to the ground before there was a flash of blue and the stone was on the ground. tags: @Game Master Dark notes: RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Game Master Dark - Jul 13 2018 Regardless of who managed to pin who, or who managed to do what--the blue stone did little more. It reacted not at all to the presence of the fish's hematite gem, instead simply flashing its glyphs: a skull. A bone. A ribcage. Esoteric symbols, unlike anything else in the cave.
Perhaps these were a hint, or perhaps the nature of the blue stone could be divined in another way. @Skeena @Talion @Asimona RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Talion - Jul 30 2018 Talion could do little more than gasp, and stare, as Skeena made off with his precious, dark stone. He'd been so busy watching the light blue gem, that he had forgotten to keep a watch on his treasure! Now, it wasn't his at all. That nasty little creature was...getting pinned by the dragon, good. The owl nodded in approval before he jumped into the air and glided over to where Skeena was pinned. It was far too close to the blue gem for his liking, but his need to warn the other Gembound outweighed his sense of self-preservation at the moment. "Never steal from me again or you will regret it," he said in a low tone. As Talion spoke, his usually peppered feathers darkened to a coal-grey hue. He didn't notice though. He was too intent on staring the hybrid down to make sure they understood his point. @Skeena @Asimona RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Game Master Dark - Aug 05 2018 The stone again flashed--and vanished. Those with keen eyes could make it out reappearing some distance away, flashing insistently--as if trying to draw attention to itself.
Just what was this stone..? This quest will be continued in Part II, here! You may now exit this thread and claim magicka, or continue to talk to one another in this thread if you prefer. @Talion @Skeena @Asimona RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Asimona - Aug 05 2018
When the rodent didn't respond, Asimona curled her lip, about to make a stinging remark when, suddenly, the stone disappeared. She widened her eyes and whipped around, seeing it reappear somewhere a little farther away. tags: notes: RE: [Quest] Gone Fishing - Skeena - Aug 06 2018 Skeena bristled, flattening her ears as she was pinned to the ground. But she knew she had done wrong, and so she went limp in the reptile's grip. "Understood," she grumbled in reply to Talion, not intimidated in the least when his feathers darkened. And then, to her shock - and slight horror - the stone vanished. She was let up from the Dragons' grasp, and immediately moved to where she could see the stone blinking not far away. |
