The instant rush of bubbles crawled from Mystaria's paw, all the way up her leg, engulfing her: they were hot, chaotic, and it felt as if the pool might be a pot at a rolling boil. But this did not actually harm her, even if the vision and sensation felt real. Something moved deep in the shadow of the pool, eclipsing the tunnel that might be behind it, and the feeling of burning anger filled her. For years. For years and years and years. FOR YEARS!!! Farina's eyes smolder from within the tunnel, staring up at the freedom that teased her for centuries.
