Chasing Tumbleweeds - Pyrosera - Apr 13 2025 ![]() The pretty little white wolf had met the other white creature. As interesting as he was, she decided to try and hide the opal for a different use. A weird thing he was, talking about some order. Pyrosera decided she wanted to try something. Something she hadn't done before. The master had emerged from the giant spire, and the wolf was determined to look at it. Upon crossing into the cavern, she immediately went for the large glowing crystal. The fluffy wolf imagined what it could taste like, would it taste sweet like the candy she could make? What the master give her? Would it do any sort of amazing power? Ears flickered forward, as her approach became clear as day. She was heading for it. All while attempting to call for her power, just in case anything aimed to stop her. Whether or not it worked.. was a different statement. "Speaking"
RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Game Master Dark - Apr 14 2025 To one side, the crumbled remains of rock candy lay scattered--most of it eaten (either by Greater Gembounds or scavening Lessers), with trails of Lesser bugs here and there; some of it had been dissolved into nothing, or into slushy sugar mush, by rain.
To the other side, the true Spire towered. As Pyrosera approached, the ever-present crackle of energy began to feel oppressive: lashes of magical lightning sparked out now and then, little more than static but bright and intimidating given their sheer size. A soft hum seemed to thrill through her bones, the presence of overwhelming magic. If she got closer, a few of those sparks would dance along the floor between her paws. Some would bite, little shocks. All these little details added up to one dire hint: pressing forward might be very dangerous. @Pyrosera RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Tectus - Apr 16 2025
The wolf hadn't been followed to the Spire, Tectus was already nearby, just around the corner, a few yards from the crystal examining the ground, running her claws along the oilstone cracks within the rocks beneath. RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Pyrosera - Apr 23 2025 ![]() strong language Towards one of her sides were the remnants of the one candy spire. One she casually looked at, before turning to put her paws forward at the large other crystal. The Spire. However before she could.. see much. A voice warned her. Don't get close, it said. It's dangerous, it said. "Oh yea?! What's it to you!"
Pyrosera was close enough for the Spire to begin lashing out. Waves of electricity sparked out from the Spire. A soft hum shook down her bones, from the pure power of the Spire. "Well guess what!"
She spat out by the large beast before her, not a single ounce of respect was given. The white pup pressed forward. While her red eyes focused on the beast before her. The power of the Spire slashed and danced at her paws. And she'd stop there, as the power sent soft shocks. Yet she was daring the other to speak more. Before she'd move one way or the other. If the behemoth of a valkhound could "quirk an eyebrow" she would have done so, but no, she simply stared at the wolf pup with a fascinated amusement in her eyes. These gembounds sure were independent and fearless. She imagined, if this was anything like her days as a true Overseer, the wolf would have been killed immediately for speaking out in such a way. RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Pyrosera - Apr 28 2025 ![]() strong language "Ugh! That’s so lame. Aren't the old people supposed to stop me!?"
Immediately she withdrew interest in the spire, slashing at her. To her, she was now very disinterested if no one was not going to stop her. The power of the Spire would wait. Right now her spit fire of anger would direct to the adult in the room. “What kind of creature are ya if you don't stop me?"
The white pup had turned to face the great big Ole old beast. Least it looked old to her. Like super duper grandpa old. Clueless as to what she really meant by that. But one thing for sure. She hadn't seen many of her size. How Pyrosera wanted to wipe the smile from their face when they could have been far more interesting to her. Now what was she to do? Taunt the beast before her? That was certainly a plan. Although not a good one. Pyrosera only moved a few pawsteps before she'd flop down near a dip in the ground. Hot red eyes focused on the bright purple beast. Partly admiring the large glowing eyes that they had. What weirdly long claws. "Speaking"

RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Tectus - Apr 28 2025
Tectus laughed, a full on, deep-throated laugh as the kid turned her ire on the Overseer. The small pup had turned an ire on the gigantic valkhound as if she had nothing to fear from her. As if she had any place to demand anything. Only seconds after sitting down Tectus stood and took a threatening step forward. RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Pyrosera - Apr 30 2025 ![]() strong language The pup had little to no time to react. As she scrambled to her paws, the overseer was already moving. Quick on her paws, one aiming right for Pyrosera. THUD! The back of the white pup went against the ground. Precisely. Fear bubbled in her chest. The weight of the others paws pressing downwind. As she tried to move and kick her paws, it was of no use. There was nothing that came from the white wolf's jaws. Silence. Pyrosera's breath was fast and sharp. Humiliating. She would never say it, but she felt stupid. There was a gentle bare of her teeth. A stutter from her jaws. As if she resorted out of her ideas, she felt like she couldn't do anything with a big goof of a paw pressing onto her. "Fine! I won’t touch it. Happy?"
Dying didn't sound fun. She had so many things she wanted to do. She wasn't ready to give up yet. The goal of touching the Spire went away. But she had a new one. To leave. To remove the old woman's toe off her. Gross. When's the last time she cleaned these? "Speaking"

The Overseer snorted, staring down at the tiny life she held beneath her claws. Ugh, why were they so small these days? At least she'd figured out what situation she was in now - sometimes the gembound just needed that guiding hand it seemed, even if it was a little bit rough. RE: Chasing Tumbleweeds - Pyrosera - May 03 2025 ![]() strong language "Because that's what I assumed others did!"
Frankly she did fear for her life, but words didn't matter to her. She couldn't necessarily hide the fear, her trembling body and frame gave it away. Now she needed answers but she certainly wasn't going to ask it from this beast. Pyrosera fought, scrambled and turned every chance she got. It took a bit of effort before she finally dug herself out. Pulling her paws to withhold her weight. Shaking off the dirt from her fur. "Speaking"
