Circle of Life Gone Wrong - Rosalie - Sep 05 2015
A gem sat behind some fern bushes waiting to break open. No one knew what was inside it but whatever it was it was going to bore a emerald green gem. In the gem was a pied caribou waking up from a long nap. The gembound started kicking and bucking her hear head at the inside wall of the gem trying to free herself. A loud crack rang out through the Eridanus green forest. The pied creature knew that she had broken the gem in half after feeling wet ground on her butt. She swung her head up and the top part fell off. Rosalie was her name and she laid there with her four legs tucked under her belly. Blinking her eyes, the little gembound realized that she was alone and that no one else was there. [I]Or was she?[I]. Once she was fully awake, Little Rose got to her feet and shook her fur. She looked back at her little tail and it wagged alittle. Bucking and kicking around the little girl was happy to be free of her gem and awake. "I am free..." she said to herself.

In Eridanus forest like woods, Rose wasnt the only one ready to emerge from her Chrysalis. There was another gem awaiting to emerge. It was a beautiful pale/sky blue gem with a unique shape next to a downed tree. It shook and moved as whatever was in it started to emerge. A white tiger cub kicked and pushed on the interior side of the gem. Sparks jumped from her head to her tail and then back at her head as she kicked. Finally with a loud crack and boom, the gem broke in half and a cub emerged from it. The ground was wet and cold which woke up the cub from her slumber pretty quick. Her name Clara seemed alittle different to be called but she was a little spitfire if you know what I mean. She shook her wet fur and looked around. Clara's tail flicked a few times as she started sniffing the air. Her mouth opened as knew scents arose. She caught a few scents of animals in the forest and one was newly hatched too. Smelling the new scents, the little tiger cub bounded off for whoever the tiger thought she smelled. That was when she came across a pied caribou, Rose. She had never seen animal like that and found her rather cute and friendly then as a meaty food source. "Hello there..." she said quietly.

Uhunzi had been in Eridanus for a long time now. Or-- to him, it had been a long time. There were creatures that were older than him, this he knew. Either way, he was sure he knew the room inside and out, but one thing he didn't expect were visitors. As he heard two voices he flinched, grumbling as he looked around.
He couldn't see them, and with a soft grunt he furrowed his brow and concentrated, the flat, green stone on the back of his hand shimmering gently. In a second's notice, he saw his own stone, bright and shimmering green, and when he looked up he could see two more, one blue and one green like his own.
He headed towards them and soon was looking up. Uhunzi was a tiny thing, and these children were already so much bigger than them - horribly peculiar things. One was white and fluffy with black stripes and the other had cloven hooves. The tamarin tilted his head.
"Who might you be?" the lion-faced monkey asked.

Winter walked through the Eridanus woods thinking and searching for friends when she heard the loud cracks and booms twice. Wondering what those sounds were, Winter ran for whatever it was not knowing if they were friendly or not. Maybe its two rhinos or something fighting she thought to herself. The little albino didnt know that it was two gembounds that had emerged from their chrysalis. Coming into view she saw two young baby gembounds. One a white tiger cub and the other was a pied Caribou. She ran over to them with her tail wagging. Both were the same age as her and she knew they would be able to be friends and grow up together protecting each other. Coming to a stop, Winter looked at the two gembounds with her tail wagging. "Hi...I am Winter." the wolf said.

Rose turned around quickly and saw three other gembounds there. two of them looked like they could eat her but they seemed friendly and the third was odd looking. They said hello and one asked who she was. Sighing, Rose took a step back some. "I am Rosalie but you can call me Rose. Wanna be my friend? I just emerged and dont really have family or friends." she said looking at the three new creatures. A tiger and a wolf would love to eat her but they didnt seem to have that on their minds. Hopefully asking to be their friends they could look out for one another. After Rose could use someone to watch her back when it came to exploring or grazing on small plants. "What are your names?" she asked calmly. Her stubs on her head were barely visible unless she looked down.

Clara faced the wolf and her tail flicked. She recognized the smell from the other smell she sense was there. The wolf pup was only a few days older than her. "I am Clara. I too have just emerged from my Chrysalis. I wouldnt mind being friends with Rose? I could protect her from dangers and help keep her warm. What about the two of you?" the gembound said. Her black stripes and white fur wouldnt be able to keep hidden from other predators but that didnt bother her at all. Her gem that she had was quite unique shape. "How comes you are a few days older than us and you only find us now?" Clara asked the white wolf. The pup's tail was wagging and she didnt understand why the pup wasnt attacking the little gembound that was behind the tiger cub.

The Albino gembound looked at the monkey and then at the other two. "I am Winter but you may call me Winnie. I am an albino wolf and yes we both can protect Rose. But who will teach us to hunt and what not. I mean I have met a few that are willing to make good friends to help us." she said. Winter looked down at the monkey. He was an odd looking gembound and she sniffed him. "Who might you be? What are you? I have never seen a gembound like you then again I am still learning of this world that I was created in." she said. Hearing the white tiger cub ask why Winter didnt come and find them until now made the white gembound question herself. "I was busy with a friend. He was learning about something when he found me." she said. Friends is what the three amigas were.
