Ah what a wonderful day! But what day wasn't wonderful? Every single day was perfect and magical! The next even more than the last! The dolphin that swam and played beneath the waves thought this much was true as he zoomed back and forth, chasing schools of fish and laughing to himself. He could make anything into a game! He didn't even need anyone else to help him along with his happiness... But gee, it certainly helped when he had friends... Ah well, perhaps someone would happen along soon but until then!
The dolphin zoomed out of the water, he broke the surface in a dazzling spray of water and foam as he twisted through the air as only his species could do. Then he fell back into the water with a loud splash and a happy giggle. Ah! Wasn't life so wonderufl.

Ra'Hen had gone home to the tunnel where Ra'Ma slept to retreive her special black stone. Now, with the hunk of graphite clasped between her wings' claws, she hurried back to Polaris. She'd agreed to help the Weird one with his strange little project. It seemed like the sort of thing a Gembound would do. She was a Gembound, after all, and nothing like the other raptors as a result. She'd pained to hear it, to realize it, as it meant leaving her prehistoric family behind. However, life was always about change for the bird. She hurried along, undaunted by it, unafraid.
As she looped around the river towards the farming dirt, a great beast shot out of the water and into the air. She froze, feathers standing on end, as she watched it soar and dive back in with a splash. The resulting wet that crashed down on the bird was unwarranted- and it ignited her temper.
"BAD WATER THING!" She screeched, stamping her feet...
...and with a subtle orange glow, her eyes and comb lit up and steam began to rise from her talons. The more she stomped, the hotter it got until she wasn't wet anymore, just steaming and angry.
"Why you make Ra'Hen wet! You make Pretty wet! How dare you! How dare the Water Thing do thayt! Bad water thing! Bad!" She scolded, marching right up to the water's edge, clutching her precious black rock and fluffing out her feathers to look bigger. Behind her, that long tail lashed side to side. Ra'Hen wasn't happy.

"BAD WATER THING!"
He heard the sound of a screeching creature. Why, the sound of her voice was so shrill and strange that it reminded him of one of his own sea critter friends but it wasn't. He had distinctly heard the sound from above the waves right before he crashed back in. Oh boy! A new friend! He giggled happily beneath the surface of the water right before he popped up to the edge... Only to find a sopping wet, feather-critter stomping right towards him. He could tell her words were angry but he just couldn't help but laugh out loud at her appearance. No wonder Bevy-leader stayed out of the water! She would look so silly otherwise!
His squeaking, whistling laughter rang out into the air as she scolded him angrily. "Silly silly, feather-critter! You look so silly!" He laughed more but finally calmed himself down enough to speak more. He wasn't trying to be mean it was just so funny! "Eeya no mean to make Ra'Hen wet! Eeya was making breaches. Water go much splash! Splash get Ra'Hen wet but not on purpose." As he finished speaking he decided that maybe he should add a hasty, "Eeya sorry! But Ra'Hen look much silly! She should look at herself in the waters!" Well... He attempted an apology.
