Blurred Lines - Jasmine - Jan 24 2016 The next couple days were all a blur; trying her best not to think to much on the whole matter for it just caused an aching pain in the giraffe's chest. Those things that Troy had said to her, the way she must have made him feel for not choosing to go back with him. All of it had happened to fact and Jasmine had gotten caught up in the whole ordeal that now she stood here, full of questions. Before her was the twin pools in Eridanus, gazing into one of them. Her reflection rippled, it had been a good number of days since her acrophobia had taken hold of her. Seeing how far down the water was, she shut her eyes tightly and began to walk away. Her steps carried her til she lowered herself down onto cool moss; waiting for Gada to come out of the green. At least I have her friendship, then at least I didn't do everything wrong. And it was true, Jas felt comfort in the elephant; even if what had gone on between Gadanai and Troy was something she wasn't ready to think about just yet. Head lifted in the elephants direction, "What should . . . should we do today?" Speaking softly, wanting to get her mind off of the matter and look forward to getting to know Gada some more. At least I have her, right? - - - - - "Speech" Thoughts ooc: c: @Gadanai RE: Blurred Lines - Gadanai - Jan 24 2016
RE: Blurred Lines - Jasmine - Jan 24 2016 To make her happy? A soft smile formed on her face, keeping those green eyes on the grey female. That is so sweet of her to say. The ache in her chest shifted as she lay there once Gada would sit down near by. Even something as simple as them both sitting together was nice; feeling that the younger one had been keeping their distance. Jasmine would lean in a little bit, to let her cheek touch their trunk. Making sure Gada knew she wasn't upset with her. Soon Jas would lean away and gaze down at the ground around them, feeling her gem glow softly as she considerate. Flowers would begin to pop up and blossom around the pair. They were simple and plain, but beautiful all the same. "Help me make something?" Asking softly, before leaning her head down to the blossoms and gently picked a few of them. This was a lot harder to do with just her mouth, so the giraffe would just collect them for now. A small pile of formed between both of them. - - - - - "Speech" Thoughts ooc: super girlie and sappy and lame @Gadanai RE: Blurred Lines - Gadanai - Jan 24 2016
RE: Blurred Lines - Jasmine - Jan 24 2016 She had lowered her head slightly, when the crown of flowers was bestowed. It was a simple action, but the giraffe was grateful that Gada did go along with the silly idea. "They bring out the color of your eyes," Jasmine grinned a little, feeling it slip off of her head, only managing to hang on by those short horns. Maybe this day would turn out to be better then she thought, after all, why did she need to worry about the past events as long as the giraffe was safe now. "I'm sorry . . that I've been so quite." She felt bad about it, was she neglecting her job as a friend and being selfish? "And, I'll try to be happier, for you." It was the least she could do; giving a gentle nod, as if reassuring herself. It was a new day and this room of green was to beautiful to sulk about. - - - - - "Speech" Thoughts ooc: but what to do nowwww @Gadanai RE: Blurred Lines - Gadanai - Jan 24 2016
RE: Blurred Lines - Jasmine - Jan 24 2016 Before Jas could even reply, the elephant was off and into the green! Like some grey ghost, the only sign of Gada being there were how the ferns tussled about. Picking herself up to stand, eyes would begin to dart around as she tried to spy any part of her friend. My . . she is good at this! Jasmine began to enter the forest wall, calling out, "Oh where could she be . . ." already feeling her spirits lifting up. Having something to occupy her mind would do the girl some good. There were some broken branches up ahead; as she went to inspect them it was clear they were freshly snapped. Gadanai was sure to be somewhere close by; the question was where. Lifting her head up high, trying to get a better look but it was to no avail since it was clear the elephant was hidden well amongst the plants. "Hmmmmm." For now, she would just follow the broken branches and ferns, maybe they would lead her to more clues. - - - - - "Speech" Thoughts ooc: 8D @Gadanai RE: Blurred Lines - Gadanai - Jan 24 2016
RE: Blurred Lines - Jasmine - Jan 25 2016 There were great curiosities as she ventured forth, the path began to no longer make sense and all the broken branches appeared to become random. Was Gada onto her plan on how to track the elephant down? Clever girl. This caused a ripple of laughter as she felt more determined to find the other now! Slow steady walk became a flowing gallop through the green, "Where are you . . .", craning her neck out far. The giraffe frantically searched, hoping to find a clue. But she found something better then a clue. Peaking through a few ferns, the color grey was trying to keep hidden from view. Ahh haa! Pushing past the remaining branches that kept a wall between the two. "I found you!" Coming up closer, she leaned down and let the flower crown that somehow managed to stay on top of her head, fall onto Gada now. - - - - - "Speech" Thoughts ooc: lookie who i found! @Gadanai RE: Blurred Lines - Gadanai - Jan 25 2016
