I can help you with the description if you'd like! Try to include things such as:
What kind of build does the character have? (Are they short and stocky, or thin and athletic, or something else?)
How pale are they? Are they paper-white, or more like a cream? Do they have any other colors on them?
You mention their face being pointed - what does that mean? Try to describe each area of the body and flesh them out that way, its a good start.
You could also try to explain the gem in more detail. The kind of stone is important, but also how it fits in to the character; you mention it is in the eye socket, but does it replace an eye entirely? Is it growing inside the soft tissue of her eye, maybe in place of the iris or pupil? Can she see out of it both her eyes or does the stone make her blind?
