BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 20 2016

A familiar guttural growl came from the depths of his stomach, reminding him that he was actually quite hungry. It'd been a while since he'd eaten, he realized, and wondered what was to eat around here. He lived off lizards and bugs until he awoke, but then his diet became mainly fish from the Fornax waters. It wasn't a bad diet, but he yearned for the taste of blood on his lips again. Dragging himself up from his comfy spot near the river, he walked away from it in the unnatural position, his attempt at all fours. It kept him closer to the ground, able to pick up scents better. Since that was how he lived most of his life, he was used to it being his main sense. Having his eyesight only amplified that, however it made it difficult since he only knew what things were by their scent and not their looks.

Ghost was hungry, and he wanted to eat now. He never found lizards in Polaris, but he wondered about other lesser gembounds. Certainly there had to be something larger than cave rats, right? He didn't expect a whole herd of cave deer, but something in between would be nice!

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 20 2016

Sniffing around the ground, he found a little cave rat that quickly ran away from him. He snorted at it, not wanting it anyway. It could've stayed there and rolled over for him and he wouldn't of eaten it. He wanted something that he had to put forth effort to get, that way he didn't feel silly or useless, only eating what is pretty much handed to him. He wanted to earn his meal.

A rat was not a meal though, neither was five rats. Ghost couldn't live on that! He needed real meat! While it was virtually impossible to get something like a cave deer by himself, he could at least try for a baby or an older one and hope for the best. He was tall and strong now, after all. Maybe he could take down larger prey...

Ghost had to keep looking though for at least one cave deer! One would be great! Even a small one would feed him for a long, long time. He may even be able to take some back to Fornax and save the rest if he wanted, but part of him just wanted to be an animal. So his instincts told him to keep looking.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 20 2016

It took the man some time, but finally he found something. Keeping his massive body low, he watched the small herd of deer and tried to plan out his attack. His magick had little use here, this would be all-natural...as much as it could be, anyway. They were insuspecting for now, bit it would change soon when he made his appearance known.

Stomach growling, he creeped towards the small herd, targeting one from behind. Didn't have a child, so it must not be a mother. With his body as low as he could get it, he got as close to the deer as he could before leaping out and trying to grab the deers behind with his massive handpaws and teeth.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 20 2016

No! The cave deer had just slipped from his grasp, leaving red claw marks where he had grazed the lesser gembounds flesh, but still, it and the rest of the herd were fleeing for their life. Maybe he hadn't been as sneaky as he thought, but wouldn't they have ran as soon as they caught wind that he was near? It probably just was his hunting skills lacking since he'd never hunted something so large. It was depressing though, watching yoir meal slip between your fingers.

He snarled when the deer herd ran off, knowing very well that the chance he had was blown. There was no way they were going to let him catch them now and the only magick he has pushes things away, not catches or holds things. A much louder, angrier growl came from the pit of his stomach and he sighed. He didn't want to resort to fishing or eating something small. He wanted a meal, not a snack.

Maybe there were more deer around here somewhere. He doubted it, but maybe that wasn't all of the deer in this large room. Certainly there had to be something else, right? Back on all fours the best he could, he crept around, trying to pick up the scent of more deer.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 20 2016

A roar emitted itself from the man when he realized nothing else had come into this room besides himself and the deer he already scared. His lips curled and his hands balled into fists. Ready to punch a wall, he wasn't close enough to anything he could punch. Himself, if he wanted to, but it wasn't exactly his fault. Well, maybe not catching the first deer cause that probably was his fault...but still.

Anger was building inside. The man was terribly hungry and it was really only making the anger worse. He looked around, looking for anything really to take his anger out on. There wasn't much, to be honest, only fuming his anger more.

woop okay anyone willing to fite ghost can join! private for @damian now

His anger was building and building and nothing to unleash it on. A snarl was permanent on the mans face now, baring yellowed teeth at the room itself. Eyes darted around, looking for anything to somewhat satiate his need to release this anger. No one was around, just rocks and plants and crap and that really only made it worse. He needed something to unleash anger on, and fast.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Damian - Jun 24 2016

** There will be cursing xD

A noise stirred the beast, rising him from his slumber and a dream already forgotten. Piercing amber eyes opened with annoyance as a snarl wrinkled the top of his muzzle. Fang's flashed briefly as wings suddenly moved, spreading out as if ready to lift him right off of his perch. A roar echoed throughout polaris and for a moment Damian as more intrigued than annoyed. Slowly he lifted himself up from the spire, pushing himself up to his pawed feet as he now stood tall. His tail lashed about behind him, wings remaining half way opened as he searched the room below.

Finally Damian spotted the creature. Nigh instantly the hackles upon the back of his neck began to stand up as a deep rumbling snarl emitted from his chest. What nonsense had he just seen?! Another lycanthrope? With fur as white as snow as it seemed. Territorial instincts rose and roared deep inside of him. This...beast thought to come here and hunt, unsuccessfully by the looks of it, without so much as bothering to take note of the larger beast that lurked this cavern? He was either one who didn't care one bit, or he was just daft. Either way he would learn of the disaster he was walking in to for just being inconsiderate of sleeping gembounds.

With one last snarl Damian lunged from the spire ledge and his wings easily carried him across polaris until he landed heavily behind the white lycanthrope. His hackles were still raised as his the front of his fangs were bore. He was a good foot and some inches taller than this creature, but it mattered little. "Who the fuck are you," His deep, rumbling voice snarled out loudly. Demanding this smaller lycanthrope to answer him immediately.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jun 25 2016

A sound caught the attention of the lycan from behind and he turned, focusing on the flying lycan as the man landed. Another lycan, you say? But this one has wings! Plus he was a little taller and full of color that Ghost was not, even if it was just the polar opposite of himself. He wasn't so sure how he felt about not being the only two-legged wolf in these caves, but his already present anger seemed to decide for him. He didn't quite like it in this state of mind, only angering him more. On a normal day, he'd probably think it was pretty cool!

His snarl still present, Ghost ignored his rather demanding question and breathed through clamped teeth, making a hissing sound as air pushed through. Wild eyes locked on the winged lycan, Ghost let out a hearty roar for a wolf. He certainly hoped this other lycan would get the hint and leave, lest Ghost be forced to have a bad aftertaste from attacking this gembound.

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Damian - Jun 29 2016

No words came from the white lycanthrope. Just a lot of snarling and bad body language. Amber eyes narrowed as his annoyance grew until there was a steady snarling emitting from his throat. The suddenly the beast roared, a sudden surge of energy pushing against him. It only just pushed him off balance but damian was quick to recover as his wings spread out in an aggressive manner. So this pup wanted to fight did he?! Well then fine. Damian was just itching for a good fight anyways. Damian returned the roar, the very rubble at his paws shaking in just the slightest way as his magicka quickly responded to the previous attack.

Round 1 of ???
Attack: show him how dispel is done
Defensive: body rigid and held low, wings prepared to be used.
Injuries: none

RE: BRING ME A WAR - Ghost - Jul 02 2016

Ghost was met with the same attack he sent off to the like were. It hit him a bit harder, but didn't cause any pain and he really didn't even lose his balance much. He snarled, lips curling over teeth as he glared at the winged lycan before him. With his body hunched still, Ghost would attack again, hoping it wouldn't be insubstantial like the last. He wanted to knock this were to his knees and show him who was really the boss around here. While he might not have been a lycan for long, he was definitely a lot stronger than he used to be and it was all getting to his head.

round 2 / 8??
attack: dispel him again
defenses: body hunched for balance
injuries: none
