This is a call to the soldiers, the fighters, the young, the innocent, and righteous. - Nassir - Aug 12 2016

Nassir had yet to go to Orion. He had been to other places, such as Polaris, Eridanus, and Cetus, but he was only now just getting to Orion. He wanted to explore every cave, to get to know the inhabitants. To know who he should protect. He would protect everyone. He will protect them. He also wanted to go around and tell anyone he came across to help keep the caves safe from danger. What's the point in others fighting? Nobody needs to fight. We all want to know what happened, why we're here, so why fight?

He shook his head to clear his thoughts. Was anyone nearby? There was bound to be someone, surely. The caves were always full of others. He decided to look around, see if anyone was nearby, and also see what this place looked like. It was quite pretty. Perhaps not as pretty as Polaris, but pretty nonetheless. The ceiling seemed to be covered with lights, when it fact it was quartz crystals reflecting the light. There were buildings all around, most of them crumbling. He gave a small grin. He had to admit he very much liked it here. Now, if only there was someone he could talk to...

RE: This is a call to the soldiers, the fighters, the young, the innocent, and righteous. - Faelan - Aug 13 2016

Although Faelan was eager to follow Xerxes to Polaris, and find out what the Olympics games were, he decided to linger in Orion for a bit longer. Something about the room called to the young Gembound, and it wasn't just because it had been the place of his "birth". Perhaps it was the glistening quartz crystals that covered the ceiling, and reflected all light down, or perhaps it was the strange structures that sprawled across the valley floor in some sort of order. Perhaps it was both of those things, and the fact that no matter where the lion cub went in the room, he could find them by either looking up or around. The shiny, sparkling stones had been one of the first things he had seen after becoming conscious, whereas the buildings, or building remains, had been the first thing he consciously sought out to investigate. In fact, that investigation still hadn't ended.

With a joyful, and naive, spring in his step, the honey hued youngster rounded a corner and skipped alongside a crumbling half-wall. Reaching a gap, where a stone archway lead into a bare square beside a building, Faelan stopped to look in before moving on to the next building. So far, he hadn't seen anything, or anyone, inside any of the buildings, but he figured if he kept looking long enough, then something had to happen. A wayward thought about sensing someone, like he had Serendipity, occurred to the young lion. Then he reached the doorway of the next building, and his thoughts snapped back to looking for something, or someone.

Finding nothing again, Faelan turned to go back out, but instead of finding the same old pathway he had been on, he saw a figure a few buildings down, about to disappear behind it. "Hey!" The cub called out carelessly, with no thought to if the stranger could be dangerous. "Hey! Who are you!?" He shouted excitedly as he raced toward the lithe, black shape.
