prata here is only waiting for me to finish his table to post, so in the mean time why not get some threads planned and ready?
firstly, prata has sort of a weird air about him, as if he's constantly a little anxious to talk to new people, but also really, uncontrollably excited. he's very kind and friendly--at first glance he's very controlled and polite but certainly has a childish curiosity and also seemingly boundless energy (most of the time, that is; he's got mood problems reminiscent of bipolar disorder, so he wavers back and forth between the cycles from depression and incredible energy).
he's grown up accompanied by brothers who have raised him, and turned out pretty hardy and optimistic. under their protection and guidance, he has not experienced much hardship, for an average gembound of his age. most all of it has been as a result of learning to accept his own... admittedly various mental problems, like the off-and-on intense depression & his OCD which makes just about everything about the way his thoughts come to him different than the average gembound's. he's not entirely aware of the extent of this.
as i mentioned before he's very curious, though he tries to hide it (poorly). he's super interested to know what lies beyond the caves, if anything, specifically. he wants to know exactly how everything works, and that desire for knowledge can definitely sway him to do... a lot of things he wouldn't otherwise.
i'm looking for friends or enemies or lovers or basically just any encounter or interaction you think would be fun. here's some fun notes that could give ideas:
- prata does not react well to possessiveness or being otherwise mistreated by those who claim to be trustworthy, and can act in some usually uncharacteristic violence if he feels threatened.
- he has a very strong belief in the "an eye for an eye" clause, and finds it easy (almost unavoidable) to hold grudges. he believes anyone who causes intentional injury to another gembound ought to relieve the same treatment, and if he thinks he can do it, has no problem making it happen, even if it means resorting to brutal measures to inflict similar wounds as those he or his loved ones have suffered.
- he is neutral-good aligned, but somewhat naive due to lack of personal experience.
- he could be polyamorous, but would probably stick to one partner unless he had some really strong chemistry with someone. maybe he learns the hard way he can't handle more than 1 romantic relationship, because of his depressive moods?

If you'd like Prata to meet Dragon at any point, since he's super curious about the caves--or Khloros, if you want him to be drastically misinformed--or Giggle, if you'd like a fortune-telling--do let me know. I've some more details on my characters over here but Dragon would be more than happy to bellow out all his beliefs about Origin and then stare in awkward silence, or whatever you wanna do, if you're still searching!
