Hatching - Crescendo - Aug 01 2018 The walls of the chrysalis pressed against her, trying to lock her in, but Crescendo wasn't going to let that happen! Because FREEDOM IS SOMETHING THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE, and NOBODY was going to deny her that, especially not a hunk of ROCK! The pigeon threw herself at the walls of the chrysalis, battering furiously with her wings, feet, and beak. This rock wasn't going to keep her prisoner for any longer if she could help it! Finally, FINALLY, the walls shattered, and Crescendo was FREE. Good, because she was getting tired, and she would've hated surrendering to a rock of all things. Giving the shards one last triumphant glare, she turned away and wandered off, her curiosity demanding that she explore this place. (She most definitely did not almost trip over the feathers on her feet. What are you talking about.) RE: Hatching - Amazon - Aug 07 2018
Pain and confusion now haunted every single one of Amazon's steps. Moving was almost a chore, despite her desire to see everything in the caves. She had to keep moving, but every step seemed to send her tumbling. Her stomach flipped and her head pounded against her skull. But, no, she had to keep going. She didn't have all the time in the world. RE: Hatching - Crescendo - Aug 07 2018 Crescendo moved around the area, head bobbing as she walked. It was chilly in here, luckily she had feathers to insulate her. There was a curvy hole up above, and lots of water falling from it. Where did the water come from? It collected in a gigantic, deep lagoon, but did the lagoon expand? How old was this place? Why hadn't the cave filled with water by now? So many questions, and no answers. For now, she'd store them away until she had someone to ask. Turning away, she spotted a... thing... She wasn't sure what it was, but something told her that the thing was alive, like herself. So she approached it, tilting her head curiously. @Amazon |
