Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Snowberry - Sep 26 2018 The young polar bear paced a short length of Tunnel N. Now into his second cycle his body had started to develop further, and quickly. His paws no longer seemed so disproportionate and his nose actually seemed to fit his face. He still had some of his soft, pure white cub fur and his muscles were not fully developed. But all of these attributes alluded to the giant he would become. He would be a force to be reckoned with at maturity. Today he was going to spar with a gembound smaller than him, but he didn't let its size lead him to assume anything. This creature had brought the eye of a leopard to Blackberry. He was still close to the main nesting area of his family, but he figured for todays activities it would be a good idea to have some distance. "I've been waiting." He rumbled almost bitterly as he heard the sound of weight dragging along the caves floor. Time had also given Snowberry a bitter edge. In his heart, he was still just a fluffy cub that hated fighting. But he had also learned to adapt to this new life, for he was indebted to Blackberry for taking him in as a weak and tiny cub. "I was beginning to think you had changed your mind." @hellberry RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Hellberry - Sep 26 2018 Hellberry laughed at his words. Please, changed his mind? Never! He was looking forward for another fight now for a while, even if it were just a damn spar! RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Snowberry - Sep 26 2018 "Not that you could run very fast with those legs." He shot back with a wild grin on his face. Being mean almost started to feel natural. Snowberry turned to face his opponent. As he did so, razor sharp teeth closed tightly around his left leg. Small red beads of blood welled into his white fur. It hurt, but not as bad as he would have thought. A short cry of pain had escaped him regardless. Snowberry opened his mouth wide and threw his head down in an attempt to latch on to the skin at the back of the crocodiles neck. Attempt: Bite the back of Hell's neck Defenses: / Injuries: Bites to the left leg, bleeding lightly @hellberry RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Hellberry - Sep 26 2018 Hellberry felt his teeth into his leg but as soon as he did, he felt teeth in the back of the neck. His own blood spilled but he didn’t care, even if hurt, he would win, he would lose! Hell let go off his leg and launched back again, this time aiming for the side! RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Snowberry - Sep 26 2018 Snowberry felt his teeth sink it to Hellberry's thick hide. Of course, he held back because this was just a spar. He was sure that if he wanted he could rip a chunk out of the crocodiles body. The point was to enhance fighting skills instead of trying to kill ones own opponent. As the polar bear released his grip on the reptile, he felt it writhe and sink its teeth into his side. A low growl of pain crept up the bears throat as he reared on his back legs. He let out a roar as he attempted to bring down his large paws on to the crocs back. Attempt: Squish Hellberry No defenses Injuries: Bite to left leg and left side @hellberry RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Hellberry - Sep 26 2018 Hellberry released his side and the moment he did Snowberry tried to slam his paws into him. Hell quickly moved to the side but not fast enough. He felt though paws press into him, luckily he avoided most of the damage and impact and managed to roll out the way. He gave his toothy grin, the battle wasn’t over yet. He wouldn’t allow Snowberry to win! Round 3 of Combat: Attempt: Attempting to dodge Defences: Scales. Injuries: Bite on neck and bruising RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Snowberry - Sep 26 2018 The polar bears large paws came down with an impressive force. Hellberry was lucky to roll out of the way just in time. Snowberrys paws almost completely missed, but he was still able to make some contact with the reptile. He swung his head to look at the crocodile. His eyes burned with determination to rival the fire of rage in Hellberry's own eyes. With another low snarl the polar bear charged forward, jaws open and aimed to close around the crocodiles slender snout. Snowberry figured if Hellberry couldn't open his mouth, he could not win. Attempt: Chomp on Hellberrys snout Defenses: / Injuries: Bite to left leg and left side RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Hellberry - Sep 26 2018 Hell was thrown on the defensive and he did not like that at all. He watched as Snowberry came at him again, Hellberry once again tried to move out the way but once again not fast enough. Snowberry’s teeth snapped shut and grazed his snout, causing some bleeding. He was getting annoyed, he thought this fight was going to be easy, but it turns out it wasn’t, still at least it was fun and challenging. RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Snowberry - Sep 26 2018 He felt his teeth graze the crocodiles snout. He only glanced the deep crevices he left behind on its thick skin when Hellberry dodged yet again. A growl rumbled in the polar bears chest. This was getting frustrating, he wanted to land one good blow but instead he was tiring himself out. He would have to try a different tactic. Something a little less aggressive that would save some of his precious energy. Instead of lunging head first at his target, he attempted to whack them with a large paw. His intent was to stun him with a good hit that didn't take too much effort. Attempt: Hit Hellberry on the head Defenses: / Injuries: Bite to left leg and left side @hellberry RE: Frozen Snow in the Heat of Hell - Hellberry - Sep 26 2018 Hellberry had avoided Snowberry’s last attack, then as soon as he saw a chance, he launched forward again aiming for Snowberry’s paw and hoping to sink his teeth in. His blood red eyes were focused. He couldn’t miss this shot! |
