to hell i go, where it all began - Blueberry - Nov 12 2018 Blue had felt rather nostalgic lately, straying farther and farther away from his family. He loved them, but there was something that pulled him to remember the days before Blackberry had gone through her hell. The days where all they did was fight off the occasional creature and spar for frun. The days where they were just Gemlings themselves, looking to soothe their fighting spirit. He had returned to Canis, the very place he hatched. The room of bones and death, an omen of what lied in his future. He shuffled through them, nosing at them, enjoying the very faint sense of familiarty they brought. He missed the bones, just as he missed Blackberry. Reseda slunk in the darkness, her tongue flicking carefully as she followed the moose as he trecked through the bones. What a coincedence, that she should find him here, just as she was to leave to find one of his family. It wasn't the one she had thought to take, she was thinking, perhaps, the tall, silent one or the hyena. But to take the father himself...it was risky, sure, he was very important. But it would, perhaps, give her the most payback. @Blueberry RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Blueberry - Nov 12 2018 Blue had gone to turn around, until he heard the hiss of the one creature he wanted to kill more than anyone else. The poor excuse of a Gembound that had stolen his children. He turned around, his eyes narrowed and balzing with a furious anger that only a father could have. "You," was all he spat. Reseda tried not to move as the moose suddenly turned around. A few more steps and he would discover her hiding spot. But it seemed that her copy had worked and he spun around the face the fake. That was good. Carefully, slowly, silently, she began to slink forward as her copy spoke in her stead. Round: 1 Attempt: cut off his leg (ew) Defense: none Injuries: none @Blueberry RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Dewberry - Nov 12 2018 She'd only wanted to find Father. They hadn't spoken since the training session that seemed like (and probably was) such a long time ago. Now she was all grown up, and she'd wanted to speak with Father again. But he'd been wandering all over the place (at least, that's what it seemed like), so it had taken her quite a while to follow him to this place. What is he doing here? Dewberry wondered to herself as she slithered near the entrance of the cave. This isn't a very nice place. Actually, it's really creepy. The not-so-little-anymore snake shivered. She didn't feel safe here. Instinctively, she wiggled into a pile of bones and slithered through until she thought there were enough bones covering her up. Then she nudged her head this way and that, being careful not to hurt her larimar teardrop, until she could see what was going on. Uh oh. This doesn't look good. Dewberry wasn't sure why Father was so angry, but the lizard couldn't be a friend. In fact, it was attacking so it definitely wasn't a friend. Should she help? But... she was so weak and small and she didn't even have venom. What if she just got in the way? I'll just watch for now. @Greed @Blueberry RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Blueberry - Nov 12 2018 Blue said nothing, only angrier at her words. As he lunged at the lizard, he felt mighty jawns clamp onto his backleg, tearing through flesh and crackingth bone. He let out an agonized cry, craning his neck to spy the lizard chomping on his leg. "How dare you, you coniving little reptile?!" He screeched, attempting to kick her off with his other hind leg. "Hear my war cry" Tags: @Greed Notes: here Round: 1 Attempt: Kick her off of him Defense: none Injuries: Broken leg RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Reseda - Nov 12 2018
Reseda felt the bone cracking beneath her jaws, but she didn't stop until she felt a hoof connect with her cheek. She grunted as her grip was loosened and she was kicked away. But, at least, she had done what she needed. Now he would find it harder to get closer to her with his leg like that. And she didn't need to get closer. Round: 2 Attempt: throw a sharp bone at him Defense: none Injuries: none @Blueberry RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Blueberry - Nov 12 2018 Blue barely had time to recover before the lizard was coming at him again, and this time she was flying? He didn't pay in no mind,he needed to survive. And so, he lowered his antlers to attempt to implae her as she flew at him. Her weight would topple Blue, but she'd be in pain. "Hear my war cry" Tags: @Greed Notes: here Round: 2 Attempt: Impale her Defense: Lowered head Injuries: Broken hind leg RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Reseda - Nov 12 2018
Reseda probably could have stopped herself, she probably could have used magic again to rectify her mistake, but in that split second, she decided that she would not. After all, if she went back to the Sinful Seven with no wounds, it wouldn't look like she had been attacked, would it? Round: 3 Attempt: throw a sharp bone at him try 2 Defense: none @Blueberry Injuries: stab wounds on her stomach RE: to hell i go, where it all began - Blueberry - Nov 12 2018 Blue let out a satified grunt as they fell, ignoring the pain as adrenaline set it. He didn't notice the bit of bone hurtling towards him until it was embedded in his shoulder. He let out a scream, thrashing his head back and forth, his antlers dangerously slicing their way through the air.
