Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Damian - Jun 23 2015

A deep rumbling vibrated, echoing out from a large gem that jutted up in piercing spines. The gem's ruby colors blending in marvelously with it's emerald colored companion the Ruby Ziosite was a site to behold. It had lay dormant for a long time, only just now did it's growing soul begin to stir. Darkness shrouded his site. Claws scraped harshly against the insides of the stone as his little chest vibrated with a darkness that demanded to be answered. It was time he awoke. Time for him to be freed of his dark imprisonment.

No matter how hard he clawed at the walls of his confinement only bits and pieces slowly fell from the sides to gather around his tail. Fangs bore aggressively as the creature began to struggle all the more. The vibrating growl growing all the more in his chest until all of a sudden a strange flash occurred within the gem. Lighting it up to send small beams of light radiating out from the outside of his prison. It caused the creature to freeze in his spot. Unsure of what had caused the sudden light within his confined darkness. Though it had just as quickly disappeared, leaving the creature to his own darkness once again. A ferocious snarl emitted from the beast's chest as he now struggled all the more. He would be free! And this entrapment would not contain him for much longer!

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Baratheon - Jun 23 2015

BARATHEON
"the world is mine for the taking"

In his Orion home the little dragon toddled around and played happily. All the while he learned more and more about his surroundings. However, he'd still yet to learn what his true species was and probably wouldn't until something told him or he otherwise had some revelation. Right now he was content to chase bugs, avoiding snapping up any grass or leaves like the plague. He'd tried plants once... He didn't try to again with how terrible it was. Yuck. It made his nose wrinkle just thinking about it.

The little white dragon ran through Orion, snapping up and all bugs he could find to sate his ever growing hunger. No matter how many bugs he ate he always seemed to want more as was proof now. He snapped up a beetle (one of his favorites), a couple of worms, a grasshopper. He was on his way to catching a very quick cricket but stopped running when he saw something red and green in the distance.

The cricket forgotten he ran up to the gem and stared at it. A scratching noise came from the inside and immediately he thought of his own emergence from his pink and white gem. Flafe would say some beast had eaten and spit out another creature but Baratheon knew better. This was an egg and th creature inside was finding it difficult to escape! He could help!

Squaring off his legs and grabbing the ground with his pink claws he focused upon the thing and prepared his attack. His mouth opened and a silent shockwave of energy blasted straight towards the gem as he attempted to break it open as he had done with his own gem when he was younger. Afterwards he sat down and examined his handiwork for a moment before exclaiming excitedly, "Free!" He threw his forepaws up in the air to show his excitement at the other being freed.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Temoria - Jun 24 2015

✿ OOC ✿ sad coyote puppy is sad ✿

✿ There was still a great amount of information that child did not understand, nor did she know and yet she wanted to spread her toes and kick up dust as she explored. Fear still seemed to be an emotion that was in the back of her mind, becoming more aware as she rounded a corner here, twisted there. It would cause the child to become lost in the large environment that was known as the Origin Cave though she had no idea to what it was named that, what caused her curiosity to flourish was that every turn would show her something new. From the area she seemed to have broken free of her cocoon, the place she now wandered was another dimension.

✿ This room was covered in glistening quarts, the paler version of the crystals that were sprouted over her shoulders like wings. Light seemed to be everywhere, glittering and shimmering. It caused those albino eyes to blink in both awe as well as pain to the brightness of this quadrant, she did not understand how the artificial lights seemed to cause her pain. Instead she moved closer to the center of the room, following a sound that was caught by those large, radar-like ears. First it was a simple cracking sound, next was followed by an almost frightening growling resonation .

✿ Once more a cracking, splitting pitch was caught by her audits as she drew closer to the location only to be greeted by the sight of two interesting looking creatures. A feeling of an almost tickle came from her skin, itching along her shoulders and spine where he stone rested on her skeleton. She tried to concentrate a beam of light, the crystals from the ceiling seemed to sparkle slightly but it would seem what she was trying to do was a failure. Instead it would seem that there was a flicker of a fragmented rainbow but it vanished as quickly as it shimmered into existence. Her moment to be noticed was ruined.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Rafael - Jun 25 2015

Hidden round the corner of the cliff where Damian’s crystal lay was a large diamond that glistened like mercury, quartz and silver rolled into one. Frumpled wings clasped the delicate babe that lay inside it. The young gembound shifted within the crystal and involuntarily struck out with his hind leg. Immediately, his talons came into crude contact with the diamond and produced an aggravating rutting sound as the sharp edges swept down. The babe tilted his head with eyes closed. He liked it. It was a nice sound. He should do that again. Once more, he raised his left hind leg, then raked his talons down. The screech that followed from the traction sent chills down his spine and he felt tickled by it, utterly oblivious to the confines that surrounded him still.

But then, a great itching began at his withers and he found himself straining against the crystal that enshrouded him, desperate to reach the itchy spot to relieve himself of certain discomfort. His crystal was tough though and would not bulge. The babe shifted again and instinctively pressed his hooves onto the front of the crystal while pushing backwards with his rump, attempting to use the compression to force open the crystal. The pressure and determination caused the edged diamond embedded in his chest to resonate with his will, and a burst of magic came forth.

There was a sudden gust of wind stretching around his crystal but nothing happened. The child knew innately that it had been his power cast unsuccessfully since no results were reaped – nonetheless, he wasn’t going to give up. With a bleat, Rafael lifted one hoof and brought it banging down onto the diamond. Simultaneously, he brought his right hindleg close to his flank and then shot it out with a ferocious kick. The tension on either side caused the pieces to shatter and fall with a light, thrilling tinkling onto the ground. Winded from the effort and suddenly brought into this new world, Rafael collapsed onto his delicate limbs and for the first time, opened his milky grey doe-eyes to gaze at the world.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Damian - Jun 25 2015

The creature withing the ruby ziosite seemed to have grown still. No longer did the sound of claws scrapping against a gem resonate within the area. It had decided to rest. To gather it's strength for one last final attempt that would shatter his prison easily. A breath of hot air escaped through bared fangs, but just as he was about to move a sudden crack echoed within his prison. He froze as his fur began to stand on end. Eyes opened wide as breaks within the gem began to web out in all directions, allowing light to pierce through tiny holes of the cracks. Almost instantly, moments after the sound, the gem shattered. Splintering out and away from him and allowing the creature to roll out of it's prison.

Black fur bristled as Auburn eyes quickly jolted up. Peering around as he now seemed to stand on all four paws, each one splayed out in an odd angle. It wasn't long until his gaze fell upon the white and pink creature before him who had it's paws high in the air. Wolven ears pressed forward as little crimson leather wings shifted and stretched. The pain on his back was no more now that those annoying appendages were no longer cramped and pressed in strange positions. Nostril's flared out, sucking in all the scents that could be caught from the area. Mostly this creature's scent filled Damian's senses, but there were others.

Damian's nose quivered, peeling back the front of his lips to expose his sharp puppy fangs as his shoulders hunched forward. Still unsure whether this creature was a threat or not, Damian remained where he was studying the thing. It wasn't until the sound of something shattering drew his attention, stealing his gaze away from the strange pink and white creature. A sound rumbled in his chest as he took a few steps in the opposite direction of the sound. When he saw nothing, but smelt that there were two other strange creatures looming about Damian have a grunt and focused more on the one that had been cheering. "Who....you..." His voice came out in a sharp yelp as he was not quite used to using his voice just yet. Once he was done with this one, perhaps he would see to the other two scents he had been smelling. That is, unless they did not come to them first.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Baratheon - Jun 25 2015

BARATHEON
"the world is mine for the taking"

The creature from the egg tumbled out onto the ground and it was a not-lamb! That was no problem. Not-lambs could still play too! Even though it was a not-lamb it had wings like him! That was so cool! Perhaps not-lambs could have features of lambs too like the pinkish stripes that went across his black hide. The small dragon rose to his paws and wagged his tail excitingly while those rose-hued eyes appraised the new maybe-friend with welcome.

For a moment his attention was distracted when he thought he smelled another... two anothers but he was unsure quite where one was. The other he was certain had something to do with the loud cracking sound not unlike that of the black not-lamb's egg hatching. Maybe another had just hatched! He would love to go investigate but before he could the black one was questioning him. Who was he? Well, that was an easy question! He was-- "Baratheon!" He said enthusiastically.

His tail wagged even harder as he pointed at the black creature. He didn't say anything further. The dragon simply pointed and tilted his head to the side in a questioning gesture. That should be enough to ask "who are you", shouldn't it? For a moment the other creatures were forgotten as he asked for the black not-lamb's name. Introductions were quite fun!

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Black - Jun 27 2015

________________

The lumbering black hound pup, muscular but uncoordinated with his half-grown age, trotted up quietly. Wrinkled brow regarded the creatures--a pale wolf or dog, and two dogs, he thought, one white, one black. But dogs did not have hulking arms and long fingers, and dogs did not have horns and wings.

He furrowed his brow.

At least, he didn't think they did.

Briefly, he wondered if he had somehow mistaken himself. Was he dog? Where were his horns, and his wings...? No... No, he was dog. He knew not what this was.

Thus satisfied, he carefully approached, picking his way toward the others on oversized black paws. He hadn't yet noticed the strange fawn-like creature around the corner. No, he was on a mission, and his solemn demeanor and straightforward question betrayed a single-minded focus.

"I seek the lion. Usui. Do you know of him?"

He had the body language of one merely passing by, pausing to ask these strangers what they might know of this one-he-sought, before departing once more. Yet he glanced down, eyeing the black not-dog, then glancing at the fuzzy white coyote.

"Is help required?" he added, tilting his head.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Rafael - Jun 29 2015

The cold drifted over the fur of the newborn peryton and he felt very alone. Instinct welled up in him to cry out and he did – a weak bleating sound escaped his ebony lips. His voice was new to him, but the sound pleasing to his ears for it conveyed his needs at that moment. Once more, he parted his lips to let out a bleat. The sound was needy, and yet, no one came. Rafael sniffed around him aimlessly, then tucked his head in and snuffed around his fur and stray feathers. His ears flicked awkwardly as he tried to zone in on the sounds around him. Concentrating, the peryton heard a series of voices nearby – and this drew his attention towards the sound. He cast his gaze wistfully towards that direction but saw nothing, for he was blocked by the bend in the cliff. He had to go to the place-with-sound-and-life.

He gingerly lifted his right hoof and placed it on the ground. Then, he did the same with the left. His talons dug into the ground in a crouch-like manner. With a huff, the elk pushed himself into a standing position though he wobbled a little, so delicate was he. Slender and refined, the peryton assumed a poised stance from young with perfect conformation along his withers to spine, and across his slender limbs yet to fill out entirely with muscle. Stray high chroma phoenix feathers clung to his skin at various places, as did bits of his chrysalis, but with shake, the small bits fell off. The pertyon bleated again towards the place-with-sound-and-life, and took tentative steps forward. Unlike his attempts in standing, walking was natural to the boy. Front limbs moved like a normal, poised elk while his hindlimbs landed heavily and steadily onto the ground. Soon, he assumed a smooth gait and walked towards his destination.

The boy was a newborn, but already stood at half the size of an adult deer. Upon his head was a magnificent 4-point display, totalling 8 points – sharp, and refined, made of strong bone. His diamond nestled firmly in his chest and glistened like mercury. Apart from his delicate elk body and innocent features, it was hard to tell that this beast had just emerged from his chrysalis. It was with this appearance that he slowly made himself known to the group of other creatures as he approached them, registering the crowd – one black dog, one black wolf-like thing and one pink fluffy thing.

He stopped and gazed at them with dark, grey eyes and snuffed at them through his wet nose, then bleated at them in want.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Damian - Jul 03 2015

Baratheon? What a weird name. Damian eyed the beast, taking in his personal scent to save for his own collection before shaking it off. He glanced around thoughtfully, curious to see where he was. It was in that moment that he spotted a black creature padding over to them. He eyed the dog wearily, sitting back on his haunches as his hand-like paws moving to rest in his lap. "Not...here.." His voice rumbled as he looked the canine over. What the hell was a Lion anyways? His eyes narrowed a little when this creature questioned if help was needed. "Help not here...We're fine.." He grunted. Of course he couldn't speak for this dragon creature, but he was perfectly fine himself.

The sound of another creature moving around drew Damian's attention away from black and upon seeing the other thing Damian rose to his paws, shifting a bit as he unblinkingly watched the new creature. What on hell was that? Antlers on it's head and feather's on his butt? He had wings though, similar to Damian's and Baratheon's. Except they were covered in feather's. It stopped a few feet away to just look at them and when it only bleated at them as if it wanted something Damian eyed it even more. "If want som'thin'...speak. I do no speak Birdeer..." Of course Damian was sure that was not what was before him. It was just the only thing that came to mind for Damian to call it.

RE: Beneath the stars, I shall unleash hell... - Timby - Jul 03 2015

Timby had grown tired of wandering, he had done so for a long time. He explores the caves Polaris, Pieces, Eridanus and of course his home, Orion. He had no idea where he got those names from but he had felt they all just came naturally to him.

He felt homesick so he just wanted to go back to the place he was born. Hopefully, no three-headed beasts or alarming birds were back at home. He didn't care to much this time though as he would probably just fall asleep and let the thing taste his flesh. That was a surprisingly depressing thought. No matter, it was probably true.

When he reached home he saw many another creatures and animals. He wasn't surprised. He thought these caves ran out of surprises for him after that bird had landed in his wool. None of them seemed like they could swallow him yet. The one who could probably do some damage is the lycanthrope. What the? What was a lycanthrope? No matter, he wanted to rest. He couldn't resist asking though,"Who are you people?"
