Pigeonholed away by a labradorite waystone was a white sapphire chrysalis, so pure that many might mistake it for diamond. Surely something so clear and beautiful, like a pristine mountain lake, could only house a child equally as clean and tranquil and good, right?

WRONG!!!!!!

When the sapphire finally cracked and gave way, spilling out the piglet inside in a stream of slimy fluid, the first thing it did? Was to start SCREAMING. SQUEALING. WITH ALL THE ANGER AND RIGHTEOUS FURY OF A GOOD SLEEP INTERRUPTED. I have no words to describe it. It is simply a piggy squealing scream.

"GHREOIAR!! NGERURGGGHHHH!!! GURNEREEEEEEEE!!!!! HRAAAAAAAARRROOOOOOOOO—" Stop? No!!!! The piglet's anger was INFINITE!!! He'd keep screaming until his vocal cords broke, or until the universe was intimidated enough to let him back into his gemstone, where he'd been taking a PERFECTLY GOOD NAP!!!! HOW DARE ANYTHING INTERRUPT THAT?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!

Chaos-Two was returning from getting a nice dose of vitamin D and eating as much grass as they could. They'd had a perfectly nice afternoon, actually.

At least until they heard the wretched screaming of Satan who'd had explosive diarrhea. Then their afternoon wasn't so great.

"... Oh," they said, coming across the piglet with only horror on their face, one eye twitching.

God, it was... perfect. Vargas would love this tiny, screaming thing for sure. Jesus H. Christ.

"Erm, can I pick you up?", they asked politely, "You are definitely the most... excited little thing I've ever seen. I wonder if the Sentinel was aware you were here... hm."

The squealing petered down to vaguely pig-like grumbling and grunting for a few seconds as beady white eyes stared at the approaching… thing, trying to figure it out. Threat? What else could it be... eh, whatever. Thinking over its next course of action was too much effort, so, a heartbeat later, the piglet simply intensified its screaming fit.

Throwing itself into its back and kicking its little hooves in the air wildly, its shrieks rose to an ear-piercing pitch. Can't stop; won't stop. Its face darkened hideously, framing its eyes in contrasting dark pink. "WAGHHHHH," it screeched, along with a number of incomprehensible noises.

Chaos-Two's words had gone ignored. All it knew was that it felt bad, and therefore it would scream. Did that make it feel better? It didn't know. It didn't think about that. What would make it feel better? It wasn't thinking about that, either. It didn't know what it wanted, or what it needed, or what was going on. Squealing like, well, a disgruntled piglet was all it had going on in its mind.

Chaos-Two winced and pinned their ears in case that would help muffle the noise of the screaming piglet. It didn't but it was worth a shot. They crouched down and reached for the tiny, screaming thing like a mother would their screaming baby.

"There there," they said, attempting to hold the tiny piglet and bounce them up and down (this is what you do to babies, right??)

They swallowed and looked around, realizing that there was literally no one. The Sentinel was probably further in Draco... oh no.

"Shh, shhh," they soothed, trying to calm the tiny thing as best as they could, "It's okay, small one. It's alright, do not worry."

The piglet went utterly still with pure surprise for a moment as it was lifted into the air. Huh. This was pretty comfortable, actually—what was that soft stuff surrounding it? Fur?

Only for a moment, though. Then it was moving up and down, like an airplane in turbulence, and there was a godawful VOICE saying stuff to it. NO! SILENCE while the pig is trying to nap! (Hypocrite.) "EEEEEEEEE," it whined briefly, before their nose twitched.

It was the scent of Pegasu: grass, dirt, food. What was the next best thing to a nap? That. Squirming about in Chaos-Two's grasp, it opened its mouth wide and attempted to chew on the arm holding it. Texture was kind of weird. Hm. Was it satisfied? Not really, and it was really hard to chew, but its mouth was occupied for now, and it simply continued to nibble on Chaos-Two, letting out an occasional snort instead of its previous incessant squealing.

Oh thank God for reinforced arms just for this purpose. Actually, Porkchop was kind of cute...

Focus!

"Okay, it'll be fine, it'll be okay," they said, trotting along towards Draco and away from Pegasus, gently petting the small piglet as it nibbled on them. As long as they kept nibbling, it would be fine. It would be fine!

"MASTER VARGAS- it's okay little one- VARGAS!!", they cried out, running faster now, both excited and worried.

They had to get this small thing something to eat!! It had literally just hatched and they had nowhere to put it- oh dear!! Oh dear oh dead oh DEAR!

A banana appeared in their hand with a soft pop and they got to work peeling it one-handed. Once it was they held it up to the piglet, hoping they were at least distracted by the yummy food.

"Here you go," they cooed softly.

Further attempts at chewing fur and keratin yielded no results, and the piglet made a dissatisfied grumbling noise. It wasn't giving up, though—at least, until the thing carrying it started yelling. Hey, that sounded like fun! It wanted in!

"F- F-F-Ffffff---- FAAAAAA!!!!!" it screeched. "FAAAA--- FART!! FART! FART FART FART— FART GAS! FART GAS!!!!!!! FA--" The pop of a banana appearing distracted it, thankfully, and its nose twitched as it caught a whiff of the sweet scent. It wasted no time in devouring it, lunging it's entire body toward the sweet treat and nearly swallowing it whole. Satisfied, it nosed at Chaos-Two's hand for a while, looking for any remnants of white-yellow flesh.

Then it was back at it. "FART!! FARTS!!! GAAAAAAAS!!!!"

Chaos-Two dragged a hand down their face, shaking it gently. Christ.

"You're going to be a handful," they said softly, laughing dryly.

Oh yes, Vargas was going to have a time with this one. Though they could find the humor in the silly name. Vargas... Fart gas...

They started to giggle before they quickly stopped, making sure no one had heard before entering Draco.
