Bebby had been quite sad when she realized the stone had seemed to dim, but she left more flowers anyway.

when she had come home, it was time to grow MORE flowers, but this time everywhere. forgraves was out reading again and she had no idea how long he'd be out, but she asked Banshy for permission and they gave her a thumbs up. who doesn't like flowers anyway?

she would look for places around the house in a moment, but first, she wanted flowers around the door!

she would pad back outside, shutting the makeshift door carefully, and turned to look at it again. she smiled. she hadn't actually used as much magic as she was planning to before, so this would be interesting.

She would stomp her paws around, the plan being to search for seeds in the ground and let the magic flow from there (she didn't actually know how to get ahold of seeds specifically. maybe forgraves had some.), but alas, she felt no magic reach her paws. she would simply try again.

Once again, she would try her best to stomp and pad around, searching for any wildflower seeds that may have buried themselves in the floor, either because they had always been there or because of the huge influx of flowers and plants that entered the house on a near daily basis for tea, maybe some had fallen out and the seeds buried here?

She felt magic flow from her paws, but unfortunately it also kept going UP from her paws. directly to her skull, where a violent shock, the pain not unlike as if your brain was blooming wide itself, pierced her head and make her yelp.

she held her head in her paws, groaning. she knows this must be a harder spell, but come on!!. she'd try again, until she got it right.

She huffed, she WOULD get this. eventually. the more she got it right the easier it'd become.

finally, FINALLY, as she padded her paws against the soil once more, she'd feel magic surge from her paws and into the dirt.

she waited for a moment, worried that maybe there were no seeds, or those that were left were dead, but then out of the ground grew a miriad of different flowers, bebby gasping in delight. she recognized them too, flowers forgraves had brought in time and time again. the smells were pleasant, and though there weren't many, she figured this would be a good start for the outside. she would come back out later.

she headed inside to begin the thick of it.

bebby headed into the main, big living room, which also happened to serve as a dining room, the pot and firepit forgraves used for both boiling water and making a variety of foods shimmied close against a wall, handmade shelving lined with bowls of ingredients.

she went to search through the supplies themselves, seeing if any of the pretty ones had visible seeds she could take. she found a few carefully, and i mean CAREFULLY, picking them out and off and into her large paw, being ever so delicate as to not damage them.

she looked around, figuring the best place to start would be the entrances around everyones rooms. that... that would take a while. but she'd start with Forgraves.

she would shake a handful of seeds into her other paws using that one to stamp them into the dirt around the rim of forgraves bedroom entrance, and then once she was done, she once again excitedly slammed her paw into the floor, willing the magic forward.

it was stronger this time, though it left her tired, and flowers seemed to bloom in multicolored vines around the arch of the tiny rooms window-like entrance, and digging into the dirt of the walls. she wondered idly if this would send the whole place collapsing but she figured it was probably fine.

she sighed, a little drained, before heading over to Banshy's room. luckily, nico and tori still shared a room, so when she got to them it'd be easier. but she still had banshy, genevive and lass's rooms, not to mention her own.

this was gonna take a while...

She walked to banshy's room, and carefully picked out a handful of specific seeds, ones she knew would fit their dark and quiet personality much better than a rainbow of tea flowers. one was a type of nettle, if she had remembered what forgraves said correctly the leaves at the toms of many of the stems were purple and it tasted lovely. the other was a lavender, that reminded her of how soft they were despite the exterior. she was putting more thought into this than she realized, that this wasn't just for max anymore.

Banshy gave her a look as she stamped seeds into and around the edges of the room again, and he rpaws met the earth again, willing magic forward.

Her and Banshy both would be surprised once more by how fast the flowers took root. they all seemed to grow the way she wanted too, roots growing like vines to keep the flowers in place and the plants themselves curling and twisting around eachother like thickly bound wildflowers.

Banshy would look, carefully touching one of the nettle leaves and sniffing the lavender, giving her a thumbs up and a soft smile from behind the cloak, which made her insanely happy. she gave banshy a short and quick hug, before tiredly moving towards Lass's bedroom.

Bebby would carefuly climb upward to lass's room, a small dug out hole in the wall with an assortment of scrap fabric as a bed, with her prized tinkering box on the floor near it. she plucked out an assortment of flowers she remembering pink and blue, not particularly remembering names right now, drained from the last few spellcasts, but plopped them into the soil all the same.

One more she would worry that as she pressed her paws forward nothing would happen, but magic did eventually flow, and luckily the outside of the hole was so small, even a little bit of magic nearly covered it. she'd go back if she had to, but it fit lass perfectly, smiling in content as she saw a few flowers making their way inside the hole aswell, growing from the ceiling.

pleased with her work, she'd move to tori and nico's room.

She moved, more than sluggishly, to tori and nico's room, which considering tori's size was huge and wide, nico having his own perch where he stored his things. unsurprisingly, the vampire costume was missing from that pile, him undoubtedly wearing it still since he got it.

she had picked 3 different flowers, black roses, pink lily's and red poppy's. you couldn't make tea from some of these flowers, but she knows forgraves has tried to, he just seems to have forgotten to throw them out. she knew they wouldn't eat them though.

she pushed them into the soil again, and would once again attempt her beautiful magic.

nothing would happen this time, which she honestly preferred to feeling like plants were growing in her brain, but as she said. she'd try again.

she'd try her best once more, just to get magic from her paws into the earth, and luckily once more it would come to her.

the flowers blossomed beautifully and rung around the room's opening just fine, even if it was a little uneven and patchy, it was still good, it was still pretty.

she was so, so tired, but she could take a nap when she was done. she'd be fine. she just had her and genevives rooms to do now.

She padded over to genevives room and blushed. it was big, of course, she was a horse, but decorated beautifully. gemstones and baubles, just as beautiful as she was.

oh boy.

she had picked out the prettiest flowers she could find that reminded her of her dear Jenny. white roses, lilac flowers, peaflower, various kinds that made her heart flutter just to think about, imagining seeing Genevive framed by a sea of flowers of bebby's own making? it was almost too much for her poor heart.

smiling like a dork, she would press the seeds carefully into the sides of the room, almost in a pattern unlike the others, which she only felt minimally bad about, before trying her hardest to get this to work once more.

It must've been the nerves, because for a few moments the magic did nothing but sputter, but eventually it bloomed out of her paws and into the flowers, the whole room framed by the beauty of them all, entwined together like braids. it almost looked like they were going to wilt for a moment, the magic not enough, but bebby seemed to slam the wall again, shoving the last bit of magic from that out of her paws and into the pretty flowers, keeping them alive.

She was so, SO proud of herself.

she looked to her room, and padded forward. she saved these last seeds for her room, a collection of rainbow colors in bright, bright shades, almost natural neon. she was excited to plant these too, and also excited to take a nap.

she pushed the seeds into the soil of her bedroom, and for the last time she thinks, atleast today, she would try and get the magic flowing again.

once more her magic seemed to sputter, she was oh so tired, but it was atleast enough to make it pretty. rainbow colors with an emphasis on pinks rung around her room, almost drooping into streamer-like vines of flowers, and she was content.

she looked at her handywork, and smiled, before padding along into her bed, and promptly passing the fuck out.
