Appearance: This child is a vision of star-streaked galaxy, a brightly-colored coat of fur and feathers scattered with brighter pinpoints. It is primarily bipedal but capable of quadrupedal movement, with a doglike nose tipping a soft muzzle in dragon shape. Its "ears" are feather-tufts, and it bears functional draconic wings, with secondary gliding wings on forearms like Oliver's--its lifegiver. Large armored scales down the back of the neck turn to thick spikes down the back/tail; soft fur coats most of its body, with soft leather skin beneath. Feathers ruffle down the neck, throat, back and tail. Its curved horns nearly touch, in a halo shape, and the Suglite crystal is embedded at the top of the chest just below the neck. Pale cyan eyes glow softly. As an adult it will stand seven feet tall on its hind legs, or four feet when quadrupedal; it is carnivorous.

This child will hatch at Venari's den in Eridanus; the adopter may choose to meet either the NPC, Oliver, neither or both when the child is hatched. It can have as much or as little familial interaction as the player likes. To apply for adoption, simply post below and note that you are interested! Include any details that you want to (none are strictly required), such as name, plotting plans, etc. Priority will likely be given to more active players, but all will be considered.

I'm interested! I don't have a name yet, but for personality I'm thinking of a friendly, sociable beast with an eye for shiny things. This happens to include their coat, and so they'll have a habit of preening themselves and pausing to look at their reflection at every opportunity.

I'll be leaving a lot to further development, so plots may change. Might throw them at The Lair or another group given their social nature. Might become a trader in the future?

Interested! I was thinking a masculine, vain creature who loves its own feathers, and is very particular about its coat. A feather as a gift from him is a sign of great trust! Maybe he'd make a roost in Gemini if he decides to mpve out of Venari's den.

Maybe name him something like Promise, Ego, or Reverend.

I'd like to have him meet Oliver, but I wouldn't mind having Venari there too.
