Ahh. Serotonin. The corners of Elysium's mouth just barely upticked into the ghost of a smile and its massive head dipped forward into a single, curt nod. With the reassurance that it had indeed done a good job of its task, it continued onwards own the tunnel.

It was left thinking, however. It paused briefly by an embankment of lava-- not too close, but close enough that it was shocked by the sheer heat. It certainly looked thick, like some kind of golden-black syrup gurgling away in a pot and smoking. If it did not stink of sulfur, Elysium would have perhaps debated trying to lick it.

"I don't know," it murmured, and it too tucked the thought away. A thing to experience some other day, when they could find someone more experienced with things like lava and rocks.

The lava gave way to geysers, soon-- lightly overpouring with steam that only added to the thick fog in the tunnel. In the distance, however, it could see it-- soft sand spilling from the entrance to Leo and the Drone sped up a little. It was still careful, of course, but it was quietly excited to experience frothing water and to walk on something that was neither rock nor snow. "Okay," it said, a little absent-mindedly as it padded out of the tunnel and into what the next room had to offer.

Ananke settled back into Elysium's arms. She was careful to stay curled up against the palms, braced in case her large guardian should stumble or even fall.

It wasn't that she didn't trust her new sibling's intentions. It was just that... well, there was steam billowing about on all sides; molten potentially-rock hissing in glowing streams down through the tunnel. If Elysium did fall, and Ananke went tumbling, she'd have to be very careful where she fell, that was all.

She was tense, then--a little nervous--as they traversed the path to Leo; but for once she wasn't truly afraid. It was there, lingering, but it wasn't strong enough to overpower her.

She did spare a single, unnecessary thought: Walk carefully, but it was far more a plea than a demand.
