Fulgur's time was spent (quite litterally) hanging around in the garden, claws gripped onto a tree as he watched the hellswans mull about. He stayed far enough away to not draw their ire, so he remains perfectly oblivious to their irate tempers.

He'd come along when Mimosa showed off their handywork, and he grins as he takes in the pouch with his many eyes. "Thank you, Tailor," he nods, before working together with his Flock to sling it over his back. It'd take some adjusting to find the spot where it sits the best, but it's a lovely thing.

Turning to the hyperactive Imp, Fulgur's six eyes blink before he says anything. "...It is a nice hat, too. Maybe I'll have to get one myself some time."

Imp grinned at Fulgur, pausing to turn toward him. "Thanks! Oh, shit," he abruptly interrupted himself, eyes narrowing as he looked Fulgur up and down. "You'd make an awesome painting. You ever want a self-portrait come find me in the Palace, right? I've got a paint studio! I could make two, maybe... one for the Palace walls and one you can take home!"

Fulgur's colors just sparked his artistic eye, really, and the 'arteest' circled him abruptly. "Those teals, that dark gray-blue, the gray--and the PINK. MWAH!" and he slapped wing-claw to mouth to blow an 'artistic' kiss vaguely into the air in appreciation. "Fucking perfect! Maybe against black..." He mused on a background for a moment before shrugging, then grinning again. "Maybe I'll see you in there!"

Then he was gone, flapping off into the Palace, though if Fulgur wanted to follow Imp wouldn't be hard to catch.

Mimosa looked to the latecomer, but offered a thoughtful nod. "More dyes-! So useful, thank you," they murmured.

They took the dyes, scooping them up in their arms--then paused, studying Sprig. One finger raised to tap at their serpentine lips. "I think I know just the thing! Wait here, please. It may be some time, so feel free to sample the palace's many amenities while you wait."

They slithered away a ways, and began to pick their way through the garden...

After an hour or so, Mimosa returned. They could've made a pouch or satchel, but--they'd already done one of those and anyway, that wasn't as fashionable as the idea they'd had!

Sprig would be presented with a very fine straw gardener's hat, of the sort that would have protected them from sunburn during long hours spent out in the garden, if the caves had actually had a sun. However, this one was quite fashionable! It had a broad, light green ribbon around its brim, a preserved pink daisy blossom on the ribbon (on the front, but to one side), and several tiny little pouches around the sides of the hat's brim along that ribbon. The hat was designed not to interfere too much with Sprig's eyestalks, too.

"You might store seeds in these, or whatever else you need!" Mimosa suggested, cheerfully.

He breathed a sigh of relief. He didn't take too long after all! Sprig hoped that Mimosa would be happy with the dyes, rather proud of what he had made. A slight nod as they left, and soon he was left to wait. The lion wasn't sure how long they would be gone, but he wouldn't wander too far anyways while he waited. He spent his time idly looking around the area, glancing back every few minutes to see if they had returned or not.
And there they were! Sprig had been in the middle of examining the properties of a pillow and wondering if he could replicate it when Mimosa returned. "Wow... this is perfect." He put it on, suddenly feeling like he was a true gardener now. A straw hat completed the look! "Thank you!" This made transportation of things he needed much easier, especially in areas where it was difficult to bring his sled. "I hope they dyes are helpful!"
But it was late now! He had to return home! Carefully making sure the hat was secure on his head, he started the trek back to Eridanus, or perhaps Pegasus if it were too far. He would see.

The way Eden gasps as the cloak is draped over her so carefully, clasped at the chest with deft hands, you'd think it the most beautiful thing in the world. Perhaps it is to her; for although the Palace and its grounds are full to blooming with pristinely carved beauty, so far there has been nothing in the grounds that looks like her.

Nothing except the cloak and its expertly carved flourishes. Like a flower, yes, but also like her; the white fur shrouding it looks so delicate and soft that if she wasn't currently wearing it she'd reach out and nuzzle it with her nose.

"It's like me," she breathes to the Tailor, eyes wide. Behind her, shrouded by the fabric, her tail begins to wag.

"Thank you," she says, finally getting to her feet and pacing around in tiny circles to get used to the feel of the cloak on her back. "Thank you so much!"

And then she's off in a bound, running out of the Palace and into the grounds proper to find the winding river. She has to see her reflection—she just has to!

Nymph chirped joyfully as the choker was gifted to them, stretching out their neck so that it could be put on.

"Nymph thanks you!" The little bird happily exclaimed. A thought occurred to the cockatiel.

"Nymph will visit Mimosa in the future! Bring more gifts! To help more!" Nymph declared. "Because Mimosa is a friend."

Before Mimosa could respond, the energetic bird was already soaring away on slightly clumsy wings.

Fulgur had originally intended to go back off to... something, but Imp's proposal is interesting enough. Art sounded cool, even if Fulgur was unsure of what it exactly was. And the praise did make him feel nice.

"You know, I think I'd like that," he smiles, following down the halls. Surely Imp wouldn't mind company?

Cadenza let out a gasp as the cloak was presented to them. It was covered in feathers, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The beauty was beyond anything they could have imagined prior, and it was clearly made with great consideration and effort.

At the comment regarding their eyes, their antlered head ducked shyly. "Thank you so much, it is absolutely beautiful. I shall cherish it," They promised.

They had not expected this when they had decided to help the Tailor they had only heard of, not yet met.

"Truly, thank you," Cadenza repeated. They raised their head, then dipped it an amount enough to show respect and appreciation this time.

Seeing as she had already whiled away most of the day lounging about in the gardens before embarking on this little errand for the Tailor, it seemed to Miriam, sedentary as she was, that a change of scenery would be required if she wished to be awake for the unveiling of her commission. Already a yawn threatened to pry jaws wide open and reveal her more monstrous side, fangs hidden behind dark lips which stretched from ear to ear. She quelled it with a nod and a slow intake of breath, listening as Mimosa invited them to enjoy all the Palace had to offer. Mirth shimmered across her gaze, struck by the humor of it all: who ever thought of granting permission to do as she very well pleased?

Nevertheless she took her leave, still polite while doing so, and came back in due time to collect the finery she'd craved. Fresh from the darkness of the theatre, the sight of gem-studded cloth dazzled more than it might have otherwise. The demonstration of its ability to be reversed had the Tatzelwurm pawing at the garment almost as soon as it was held out to her, eager claws fumbling to turn it one way and then the other. Once she at last clasped it into place, fancier side facing outward, ears flicked forward in a display of genuine contentment. Her tail, coiled beneath her raised torso, swished its tip over the floor according to a rhythm only she was aware of.

"How wonderful!" she marveled. "Such talent and skill! I'd never a doubt you'd meet expectations. But, oh, how lovely it is!"

Two parts flattery, one part true appreciation. Far more of the latter than what she would usually impart on anyone not her. But of course, it was to be expected when the being receiving such praise improved her lifestyle so. This cloak bestowed class where there'd previously been charm alone.

"I thank you for executing such a clever design. Really, truly! If I'm ever in need of your services again, I'll be sure to bring you the finest materials. Only the best for the quality you produce."

Slowly Miriam unwound her body, coils stretching to their full length as she headed away from Mimosa. Addicted to luxury, it was not a question of whether she would return, but when.
