It was like a cartoon. Eleven was flat on the ground, slow to rise after the force of the impact and the general... Violence of the whole ordeal. And then there was a point of dark in her peripheral.

And that point grew larger, and larger, and larger...

Eleven was not about to pass out. Abaddon was going to try and crush her.

Ok, let's not be dramatic. It'd suck, but it wouldn't kill her. But Eleven didn't know that in the moment. She just felt the panic of being underneath a falling bull.

But then she remembered she was also quite large. Maybe she could clutch this.

She surged upward, and hoped for something resembling a mid-air collision. Not the most graceful or effective technique, but she didn't have much time to think of something. And just running felt like a cop out.

She came up to meet him, which was unexpected--the thud of her hitting his chest was painful, and he huffed as the wind was half knocked out of his lungs. It made his would-be winning move far less graceful. He found himself stumbling, trying to get to his feet without falling over, given that the target half-beneath him was moving.

The moment he got his hind hooves planted, he shoved forward. He was still aware enough of the rules that he kept his head up--no goring attempt this time. But his shove was chest-first, an attempt to knock Chaos-Eleven away with an unrelenting follow-up to his previous slam. If he were very lucky maybe she'd... fall down, or give up, or something.

Honestly he wasn't too sure what the win conditions were, here.

They hit each other - hard - and while some of the energy of the slam was dispersed, it still sent them both stumbling away, huffing for breath, attempting to recover as fast as they could in anticipation for the finisher.

But it was Abaddon who managed to get to his feet first, and no sooner after Eleven had began to rise, she was knocked to the ground again. From her place in the dirt, dazed, her ears picked up the sound of the match being called. She'd lost.

She felt something begin to burn underneath her skin, though the feeling was distant, dulled by exhaustion of the fight. Eleven took her time to get to her feet, taking full advantage of the time she now had in her claws.

She blinked some of the fog away as she faced Abaddon. "Good match man. I'll keep an eye out for you in the second round." That, and she'd go see how Agate was faring.

Abaddon froze. He hesitated, snorting and blinking, tail swishing, looking every bit the stupid animal. It's over? he thought, confused. But--right. Wrestling. Not murder. Not bloodshed.

He allowed himself to relax, and noted with some surprise that V-Chaos-Eleven was being... cool. She wasn't mad or holding a grudge, and... he almost felt bad, somehow. Almost. Not really, though. He'd won, and that was cool, too.

"...Thank you," he managed, the unfamiliar words feeling foreign on his tongue. And then--"You too. I will... watch for you. If you want to talk. Some other time?"

Abaddon wasn't certain how to make friends, but he sort of liked this one. He wasn't flirting, probably.

He awaited a response, for a moment. Then he looked around, grimacing and flexing where she had hit. Dust plumed as he made his way out, clearing the arena for the next match.

Eleven stiffened for a moment, taken aback by her opponents politeness - he just didn't seem the type, and with the awkward delivery, she was probably right. She was caught between the gratitude, discomfort, and what was feeling a bit like a concussion. Maybe she should get that checked out.

Nahhhhh.

"Sure. Always down for a rematch." THERE. Vulnerability successfully avoided. She gave him one, tentative backwards glance as she made her way out of the arena.
