Soft laughter escaped the leopragon as the lion bowed low to her and eventually thanked her after he had risen back up. He certainly hadn't changed since the last time she had come across him. Back before her encounter with Raheerah. He was still so full of manner's and Amaria was relatively impressed with that. It was different, listening to Xander as he explained why he was wandering the caves. Amaria had never had to be concerned with a parental figure for moving about the caves. She had been born to no one, a first generation she supposed, but it was something Amaria had no understanding for. Perhaps that was why she could never truly be too upset with Cure when she was so eager to run out and explore and play. Only, she had a mother and a father to tell her otherwise. Not that she listened half the time anyways.

Rounded auds perked up when Xander said Cure had ambushed him and she shot a gaze towards her daughter who only peeked up for a second at her before continuing on to her meal. She let out a heavy sigh before smiling again. "She certainly does," She agreed with his words as she brought her gaze towards Xander. A brow lifted when the lion called her name again and for a moment she wondered just what he was going to say. Surely Cure hadn't irritated him too much.

It was a little surprising to hear him offer his time to her. Though, Amaria could not say she was repulsed by the idea of Xander keeping an eye on Cure just for the sake of her staying out of trouble when she could not watch the young cub herself. "That is very kind of you, Xander," She smiled at him as she thought over his offer for a moment longer. "I would not mind this in the least. Perhaps your good manners will rub off on her," She laughed a bit, teasing her cub with a nudge of her paw against Cure's side. "However, don't let her con you into taking her out of Orion or to go play every day. I'm sure your own father would miss your presence if you stayed gone from him for long," She settled a smile towards the lion again, watching him closely. With Niru gone missing there was very few Amaria would trust alone with her cubs. Not because she thought they would bring harm to her child, but because her child could indeed be very cunning at times. It was probably why she was able to slip away so often and not be discovered until hours later. She knew Xander would hold up to his words and there was not an ounce of hesitance in her decision in accepting his offer.

Cure remained absolutely silent as the older felines talked amongst themselves. That was not to say she was not listening to their every word! Happily she munched away on the juicy meet of the cave deer her mother had so lovingly caught for herself and her twin. Her gaze had peeked up for a brief second when she heard Alexander tell her mother that he could potentially keep an eye on the wily cub and when her mother answereed him her head flew up. Excitement radiated through her entire body as her eyes went wide. "Really mama! Can he?! Can he?!" She shouted with her excitement. The little cub was unaware of her messy face until her mother had so graciously leaned down and cleaned her up. Any other moment she would have playfully swatted a paw at her mother and told her she could do it herself, but she was far more excited about the idea of getting to explore anywhere she wanted as long as Xander went along with her!

Her cheeks puffed when her mother commented about her needing manners and she flicked her tail side to side. She was about to respond to that, but her mother had beat her to speaking once again, telling Xander that she would still not be allowed out of Orion. "Aaawee! But mom!" She whined this time reaching a paw up and batting at Amaria's leg that was closest to her. "I'm big enough now!" she pouted only to huff in defeat when her mother only settled her with a look. She mumbled for a moment before going back to filling up her belly. When she was finally full she licked her lips and moved back over towards her mother and plopped right over her scale covered paws and looked up at her with an adoring grin. "I'm full now. Thank you mama," She purred happily only to giggle when her mother merely moved down to clean the rest of the blood from her fur.
