I've got a lovely bunch 'o bones; big ones, small ones
Some as big as your head!

The Bone King hopped amongst his piles of bones, nosing through them to no avail. He wanted a big and juicy one. Krakarak seemed to be nowhere, likely having wandered off for flight practice again. The bird's carmine eyes glittered as he thought of the little bird. Maybe he cared too much about him... what was that called... Love? He was like a little brother to the young ave. Or perhaps a big brother, since he was actually older than him? It was confusing, indeed. All he knew was that he was The Bone Prince and Kra was The Shiny Collector. He'd switched the word 'Gem' for 'Shiny' recently, because Krakarak never did refer to them as gems, always shinies. Some were even golden. That was definitely not a gem. He decided to call those shinies 'gold'. They were very sparkly, that was for sure.

Finally, after a few minutes of scrutinizing bones, he discovered the lord of all of them. A whole deer femur. Waddling over top of it, he gripped it in his talons, flapping his wings to lift the great bone. It was surprisingly light, as were all bones, but this one seemed a little hallow on the inside. Of course, the juvenile cared naught, for it was a meal nonetheless. Pumping his wings harder, he attempted to summon his magicka yet again, hoping for dear life that it wouldn't fail once more like the last two times he had attempted to use it.

Much to the bird's surprise, he felt himself fly freely, wings spread wide. Soon, he was at the apex of the cave. Giving a shrill cry of pure joy, the bird dropped the bone into the dead center of the room, hearing a hallow crack after it fell. Diving down, the bird cawed happily, cooing at the visible marrow. Delicious! So he greedily ate the spongey and delicious marrow. It was a feast. If only he had someone to share it with!
