Great. Now his eye hurt. He really shouldn't have stabbed himself in the eye, but the young bear really didn't know any better. He found himself squinting and his eye watering generously, using one paw now to cover his eye as if it would make him feel any better. However, Rohan was quick to distract him, gesturing to his chrysalis and asking about his shoulder. What was so weird about his shoulder? The bear blinked and reached at the shoulder Rohan had sniffed at. There, he found a crooked spire of obsidian protruding from his skin which, frankly, startled him. "Ah!" He jumped, then felt around it some more. "No, no hurt. S'pose to be there...?" The bear wondered out loud, looking at Rohan.

Well, Rohan certainly didn't have a big chunk of rock sticking out of his shoulder. He had a shiny, cool eye. Leon didn't have that - so maybe it was supposed to be that they each had something special the other didn't have. Well! That made sense, and while Leon felt a little cheated that his wasn't as cool or pretty as Rohan's, he was also grateful that at least his didn't hinder his sight. The wolf pup didn't hesitate to point this out. While he stifled his laugh, Leon frowned and wrinkled his nose. "Mine cool." He defended, though his argument was weak. Rohan's stone was way cooler than his. Oh well. At least he could see.

While the pup mused about how to keep the shards, Leon glanced down at the shards his new friend - his new brother - had placed before him. He tilted his head and pawed at them, but soon found himself disinterested in the idea of keeping them. They were pretty neat, but they served no purpose to Leon. "Make a pile." He suggested, moving the shards around with his long nails. But other than that, he didn't really know. And soon, he would grow bored of sitting there playing with the remnants of the chrysalis. Leon blinked and fumbled to his paws, eager to stand up and move. "Come on!" The bear suddenly shouted and tested his legs - shifting weight from one to the other - before looking back up at Rohan, smiling, and bouncing around. "Les' esplore." There was probably so much to see - there was already so much to see in this tunnel, maybe there was other stuff somewhere else! All these new sensations and experiences, he had to know them all!

Excited, Leon didn't really wait for Rohan to answer. He wanted to go exploring, and he wanted the wolf pup to come with him. Frankly, Rohan really wouldn't have a choice. Leon wasn't ready to go off on his own yet. He cast a quick glance back to his friend, shooting him another big stupid smile before wobbling away down the tunnel, eager to see what else he could find.
