The hybrid's eyes narrowed - or rather, they narrowed more, since Odyssey was already holding the weird coyote in scrutiny. She made it abundantly clear thay her name was Macawi, which made Odyssey feel kind of stupid. They wanted to scoff and make a comment about how dumb it was or how obvious, but that would be opening a whole new can of worms and Odyssey wouod rather preserve what dignity they still had at this moment. They could feel Othello pressing into their shoulder and rolled their blades back, standing up slightly taller, and listening closely to the coyote's instructions. They couldn't help but snirk at Othello when Macawi chasticed him for sticking his whole head in. "Alright. Lets see..." The babe chuffed and moved forward, reaching forward.

Their paw felt around the bag, padding around its edges until they had come into contact with something that felt right. It was smooth, pleasing to the touch, and when Odyssey rolled it out of the satchel, it came clattering to the dusty ground in the form of a crooked bone. The hybrid bit their lip and looked to Macawi expectantly.
