As the cold dirt crackled underneath the pure white wolfs paws she pondered. It had been a full Cycle since she had burst from her chrysalis, meeting Zari and Ark along with so many others and having such fun the pup never thought she would ever want to leave her home in Eridanus. But there she was traveling along the well worn path to wherever her paws took her.

Moon had no idea why she had awoken before everyone else, she had stepped gingerly over the others curled up around her. Drawn by some unknown force as she; with drowsy eyes and muddled mind complied to the call. Only fully coming to after she had trod quite far from the safety of her home, not that she was truly afraid. For the most part the tiny ball of fur wore the 'This one is not afraid of anything' badge very proudly. Often pouncing straight into trouble and having to be rescued, though not her ideal result but hey its not like she could change the outcome after it had happened...Right? So she never really thought of it farther then being ashamed that she had made the others around her worried. Like now.... They very well might but that was the last thing on her mind, she was more concerned about why she was out there and why her feet wouldn't obey her head and turn around.

This was so unlike the wolf pup her rapport was more akin a subservient pooch there for her friends amusement rather then her own thoughts or wants. Its not like she didn't have her own per-say, more like she decidedly didn't follow them for the want of sticking to her beloved one(s) sides. So finding herself somewhere she did not know, farther from being told about the other parts of the cave was some conundrum to her young brain. On the other paw Moon found out the farther she walked the less she worried about what the outcome might be and the more her eyes told her brain 'its a pretty color Moon wants to see more' which indeed was a queer thought for her, needless she continued on.

Upon reaching the mouth of the tunnel that lead into Polaris a welling of magic pooled within her chest emanating throughout her every fiber as the pup's system tried to kick into overdrive. She had initially intended to sense those around her like she had done when she was just new to the cave. This however failed horridly giving her a headache and setting her into a lesser friendly mood, this all-though rare was also briefly short lived as the compelling tug from before resumed.

Stepping as lightly as she could Moon padded through the underbrush, skirting the larger gem's without to much detection. If they had noticed her the pup was lucky that they had other plans greater then chasing her or they just didn't particularly care that much. Either way even if they were to have followed her she wouldn't have noticed as her attempt at a higher perception muddled her normal senses enough to make her oblivious to most things other then those that were right there upon her.

Rounding a large patch of shrubbery set her face to face with something that blew her young brain away leaving her at a loss for thought and word. A giant gem pillar rose in front of her so tall she had to crane her neck back to see the top of it. And that power! It was almost stifling, like weighted air filling her lungs with each breath setting her head afloat, her fur on end as well as sinking the wolf pup to her haunches as she gazed and felt the wonder of the pillar. Moon was sure she had been told what this place was but at the moment all she could do was stare at it in all its glory with a star struck look on her face. One that would have earned her a 'chuckle' from her beloved friend Zari.

It seemed that with each passing day, Ailia grew a little bit stronger. More curious, and increasingly desperate to know the world around her. It was often that the small cat found herself wandering down the darker corridors and the strange caverns of the cave. There were many times she simply collapsed in the more secluded parts of the cave to sleep off her weariness. While she did not realize it, she was pushing herself past what her body was truly capable of then. But there were whispers in the caves, from the larger gembonds. Whispers of great heroes and terrible villains. They enraptured her like enchanted bedtime stories and was what often drove her to wander, despite the apparent dangers. No... in a way she sought out those dangers, though she did not know it yet.

It was one of those whispers that drover her that day, to the towering spires of Polaris. She had felt the draw of the powerful magic, and surely, those more powerful than she must gather there. They had to. It had taken the small leopardess some time to get to Polaris, often having to stop for her naps. But finally, she had done it.

As she stepped into the wonderfully lit cavern, her amber eyes lit up, punch drunk on the swell of the magics. Her tail flicked excitedly and she raced forth, charging to meet the towering spires. She didn't even see the stark white creature until it was nearly too late.

Slamming on the proverbial brakes, Ailia came note to tail with a creature just bigger than she, but just as enraptured. Tumbling forward with the momentum, the small cat tried to regain her composure, stammering out her quickest apologies. "I-i-i'm sorry!" she stammered, trying to back up from the other creature.

The white wolf so caught up within the awe of the pillar never once noticed the leopardess approaching so when Moon was all of the sudden ran smack into it startled her beyond all belief. Jumping she lands a few feet away facing the unknown force shaking only to hear a female voice apologizing to her "uhh what?" Was all the startled wolf could muster out as she gazed upon the small feline, well not that much smaller but she could tell by her smell. That one was fresh from her chrysalis, the next thought was akin to, well now this small feline won't pose a threat so I guess This one will say hi and make friends. Cause the more the better... right?

Taking a step forward Moon lowered her head and tail, belly somewhat dragging on the ground, ears held back and tail wagging. She tried to show intentions that were not aggressive instilling a hopeful calm in the other animal. Planting herself in-front of the now probably curious feline the white wolf pup smiled with eyes bright. "Hello, this one did not mean to get frightened like that, the small-feline just was startling with the running into Moon and all" She spoke in a way not liken to most be Zariel perhaps, Moon spoke with a slight difference, her tone not rigid and monotone but full of life. Even with addressing herself and some instances in a manner that didn't particularly make sense to others. She had heard it all before, {'why do you speak in the third person?'...'This one speaks as Moon does, why would this bother you? You can understand , yes? So why should Moon change?'} Is what they would get in reply. The pup couldn't understand and yet she knew she was different and in some instances could understand why that was unsettling but it was who she was. Moon couldn't change it even if she tried.

Gazing at the chocolate dotted caramel cat moon wondered what that one would think of her. But more importantly she hoped she could get a new friend, cause friends were the very fabric of her existence. She couldn't even think of what it would be without friends but then when she thought of that her normally excitably happy mood would degenerate leaving her in an un-Moon-like slump that so far only Zariel had seen. And that was something that she didn't want to happen again, so 'Stay Happy' was her policy, if not for her then for those around, and right now that meant the leopardess in-front of her.

"Oh this one's name is Moon" She smiled again wagging her tail "Its nice to be meeting you even if it was as a surprised running into" Moon spoke honestly her energy spiked from the power of the spire her eyes glistening with an unbound excited look up at the feline just barely able to contain herself in waiting on a reply.
