All I'm trying to say is get back, click-clack, BLOW
Cause I ain't playing around
It's a game called circle and I don't know how,
I'm way too up to back down

Fisher could not believe what had happened. He had… He had stood in the way, but the dog practically bowled him over, racing right into the fist of that huge monster. The beast roared, its scream so deafening that he was sure to wet himself. The floor shook until he felt absolutely sick, but even though he had been frightened to death…

Even though he thought he would curl up and cry…

Even though nothing should be able to survive being hit like that…

Even though his paw ached and he could barely stand with the floor rocking...

Fisher knew he had to run.

His eyes did not linger on the giant white beast for very long, nor dare they trace where the mutt had gone-- he did not want to see what happened to dogs who were hit so hard they fell upwards and sidewise like he had fallen down, down, down the spire. He did not want to see what happened to the dog's paws, or her head, or anything. There wasn't the time, even if Fisher was curious.

As he pulled his eyes away from the great beast as it lumbered towards them, he saw the most ordinary, usual grey stone poking out of the snow. His heart raced, his ears unable to hear the cry Makyna may or may not have gave. He had to get that rock, or else he might never have it again. His claws unsheathed and he was pelting through the blizzard, his fur freezing into heavy clumps. His slightly webbed paws were made for the snow, however, and he flew over the terrain with ease.

Fisher could not stop though. If he did, he knew he would be crushed by the monster of white. So it was all he could do to make one quick nab for the rock with his jaws before pelting onwards and careen away from the Spire and its nasty, vicious beast that could squish him with just one single THUMP.

This mustelid liked living, thank you very much.

;; post roll

Fisher's teeth ached as he bit down on the hard rock, a taste of the nasty red liquid filling his mouth as he bolted as fast and as far as he could from the awful, giant monster. He had got his rock, and that was all that mattered... Hopefully Ky had already booked it out of there, because there was no way he could turn back now.

;; fisher exit!

{swearing warning}
But I think I'm still trying to ¿¿figure?? this crap out
Thought I had it mapped out but I guess I didn't, this fucking black cloud
Still follows me around but it's time to exorcise these demons
These motherfuckers are doing jumping jacks now!

Life is precious.

The dog got up but instead of running towards the exit she ran straight towards the yeti! Oh no! "No no! Come back!" She didn't know what the yeti would do but she knew it wouldn't be good. The yeti look loose a roar which caused Makyna to cower and cover her ears. That was probably a blessing because while lowered to the ground with eyes closed the lioness missed the blow that the yeti dealt to the dog. The aftermath of it was just Makyna seeing the dog roll and roll away. Her eyes widened and though she wanted to go help something warned that it would be useless... She didn't dare believe the worst but that was what settled in her heart.

No! She had to believe that the dog was okay! She would live... right?

For now she didn't have time to ponder the alternative for the white creature was headed right towards them! Needing no second bidding the lioness turned tail and ran as fast as she could towards the exit. She didn't look to see if Fisher followed, she was afraid of turning back and seeing his body get hit by the yeti too so she just ran. She ran away and didn't look back.

In one instant, Deus would find her life ending. One singular flash of pain, which would snuff the life right out of her - the life, the light, and everything that she was, would end. It was unreasonably stupid of her to charge at the yeti; however, Deus didn't know any better. She was born addled. The knock back in to the snow had only made her worse. And finally, as she came face to face with the roaring yeti, Deus realized her mistake. Her memory seemed to kick in just in time to allow for a slight turn of her body, as she tried to adjust and escape, but there was no time. The yeti's fist connected, and she was flung far. When her body crashed back to the ground, it connected with stalactites, and landed atop a pile of glowing gems, which hardly cushioned her fall.

As the dust settled, her pale body was still. Her mind empty. Deus, who had only just started, had met her end. A dull light glowed around her - hidden within the gems beneath the body - but it seemed to spread to the fur of her chest. From her throat down to her belly, a line of bright light gradually illuminated itself, and with her final gasp Deus' stone seemed to phase out of her body. It landed with a metallic clatter in to the pile of ruined glow-stone.

[exit deus / rip deus]

But who will find her stone?
