Kito found himself staring at the quartz encrusted sky of Orion. Sprawled out on his back, he squinted at the sparkling crystals. With every twinkle their whispers filled his ears, trying to deceive him of their true nature. They filled Kito with annoyance. The posers, how dare they!

"You're delusional, all of you!" He brayed at the fake stars. "You're not balls of gas in an endless sky, you're just rocks hanging on a ceiling! How dare you deceive these good folk!" With a snort of disgust and ears pinned, Kito got back on his hooves and shook the dust from his striped coat.

The foal blinked and surveyed his surrounding. Then realization it struck him like a well placed kick to the head. He never recalled wandering into this part of the cave, yet, here he was, calling out the quartz. Maybe I was supposed to do something to do here.. He thought. Kito stared at the ground for a moment as his brain searched for an answer. It had to be that, why else would he come in here.

Go yell at the rocks again.

The little zebra shook his head at the foreign voice. "No, no, it's something else.. but what?"
