Well the young Gemling isn't really flying per say, she's gliding she can't just jump from the ground where she won't fall back down much and expect to go into the air just like that. She requires a fair amount of height to fall from but more importantly wind, neither she might as well be just jumping a little high enough, so the marmoset doesn't have much to be jealous if he wishes to soar in the sky, it won't come so easily for her in comparison to actual fliers. Not that the Gemling herself knows this, all she knows right now it saved her from this whole thing, too young to comprehend her capabilities just yet, doesn't even know about her Spells even if she unintentionally casted one earlier.

Hearing the other Gembound next to her, even if she can hear the friendliness in their tone and doesn't seem to be upset with her which is sweet as nougat for her that she hasn't ruined another's mood, she still has her head turned the other way so she doesn't see the other Gembound smiling at her, as she still is unable to find herself making eye contact with them. "Mmhm..." She quietly mumbled out and nods. When she was praised by him and asked again if she's OK she turned her head to the other side just a little making her look straight forward again so she'll be able to see him if she gave a side glance. "Uh... Yeah I am. And alright." Her voice while still a bit quiet wasn't as meek as her last line. Better keep herself hunched if she wants to avoid going back up in the air from what he said.

Tuck nodded once when the sugar glider acquiesced to his decision about getting out of Monoceros. He began to crawl along the ground, staying low like before, though now that he thought about it, he was so small, there was really no point in staying low. He and the glider were probably some of the smallest Gembounds in the whole Cave System. But as such, they were more likely to be picked up by strong gusts of wind. Yeah, they really needed to get outta here. Tuck had a feeling he wouldn’t be coming back to this windy room any time soon.

“I’m Tuck, by the way. What’s your name?”

It was odd, being a kind of grown-up figure for a Gemling, especially considering the fact that Tuck himself was only two cycles old. He was still a kid himself, though he was perhaps more mature than the average two-cycle-old, due to things he’d gone through early on, like almost being killed by a giant rat. Really, his maturity level seemed to be linked with his Magic. The more Magic he’d learned in his short time, the more he’d felt the need to do something Great with it, which required a level of maturity beyond that of a child.

At any rate, the extra maturity was helping him now. Had he still been the same Gembound he’d been at birth, he probably would have left the little one to fend for herself, and now the very idea of such a thing abhorred him.

The sugar glider while her physical body has calmed down in a way seeing how she no longer felt dizzy or the strong verge to vomit now, which will be good dry heaving will be very painful and nothing will come from it. Still she will feel safer if she personally stays hunched down while walking even if she personally is pretty small too, especially since she has something that'll immediately take her into the air if she accidently opens it again. She does follow along but she tries not to get too close, she thinks they'd like their space.

Still she is spaced out, confused as to what happened earlier, not with the wing thing more how her heart rate calmed down all of a sudden in spite of how she was anything but calm from what kind of ordeal she was in. Following alongside the other one while she was spaced out and she was quietly mumbling to herself that she never heard the Gembound ask for her name.

"How did that happen? My Pulse just went down out of nowhere..." She emphasized on the word 'Pulse' seeing how it was the topic at hand in her mind, her mumbling was very quiet to hear so much that the marmoset could only hear the word 'Pulse' come out of her mouth from the mumbling after he asked the question of her name.

Well she is grateful that they tried to assist even if she didn't wish it since she doesn't like the ideas of others risking things for her, good thing she came to be through a sort of agamogenesis means.

“Pulse, huh?” Tuck said, unable to hear whatever else she’d just said. “Interesting name.” He looked up, trying to find the entrance to Monoceros so that they could leave this god-awful windy place. “Hey, I know a place you might like,” he called to her over the wind. “It’s called Eridanus, and it’s got loads of trees and streams and lots of plants and fruit to eat! If you want, I could take you there? What d’ya say?” Oh, so now he was taking Gemlings home with him. The idea made him chuckle to himself. Suddenly he was everyone’s dad. He stopped chuckling at that. Everyone’s dad? Eugh. He didn’t want to be a dad. Maybe a big brother. Yeah. That was more like something he’d enjoy being.

She snapped out of her spacing out when they repeated the word she just said, looking up actually making some slight proper eye contact with him. Did they know something on how that happened? Wait... Name? N-No... No That's not what she meant, she was wondering why her heart pulse went to a sudden slow down. She wants to correct him... But she thinks that'll be out of line and utterly rude, so she'll keep on being quiet and play along on how that's what she meant. Besides she likes the name herself actually, she didn't have a name in her head till the marmoset... She thinks 'Tuck' mentioned that he thought she said her name is 'Pulse'. So she'll keep it as her name, if she doesn't like it in time then she'll think of a new one privately in her own mind, she lacks parents since the whole agamogenesis birth thing and all, nothing can stop her from deciding to change it.

Her spacing out made her trail behind Tuck for a bit, so she was looking at him by directing her vision to straight forward and directing it as to where he's looking at too, where the entrance and exit is of this windy area. A place she may like? She's skeptic but she'll be willing to listen to Tuck.

Eridanus...? Lots of trees? So... Lots of places where she can climb and a nice spot for her claim as home all for herself? Still did he say fruits?! Opening up a bit more because this suggestion of fruits excites her "You mean... There will be lots of sweet things to eat there?" Her eyes lightened up in the excitement of the ideas, she may not know many things, but she somehow knows about sweet things and damn does Pulse love them fitting her species name. Still while she not has heard that whole big brother thing since it was never said out loud, Pulse is sort of like a little sister in some traits, an adorable one that is.

Tuck grinned when Pulse seemed to grow excited about fruit. “You bet!” he replied. “There’s tons of fruit and tree sap. I know all the best places to get the really juicy, ripe fruit! Plus, if there’s not much to eat, I can always grow my own food! Oh, maybe you don’t know about Magic yet. Well, I’ll teach you about when we get to Eridanus, okay?”

Tuck was so excited it was a little ridiculous, actually. It was odd how much joy he got out of caring for others. Everyone needed healing in some way, or someone to watch over them, and now that he was a bit older, he was starting to see that his behavior not too long ago was a little bit mean and selfish. Now he liked helping others and being kind, and it was a nice feeling.

He hopped out of Monoceros with a smile on his face.

Her eyes widened with glee like the young child she is, getting excited over something as minor as sweets, and good for Tuck, for the mention of sweets has caused her to fully open up now and express her cheerful side, sweets are the best way to lure her in. Grow own food? He can do that?! Wait... Magick? That's new... Pulse vaguely wonders if that has something to do with how her heart rate dropped to a safe level... B-But he said about with growing food so guess not. It'll be interesting what this 'Magick' is though. She nodded very fast in a very excited manner to agree to come along with Tuck in Eridanus. This place sounds so exciting!

They're both excited really, it would be good on Pulse to meet someone who does like to meet someone who likes to care for others, one needs to be patient with this young one to avoid complications. Good thing it wasn't one who treated her with execrable acts, she would've stayed huddled in a hole where others couldn't find her till she starved, too young to realize that she wouldn't be at fault for if something like that to happen. Helping others is nice, but for this young one for how things are now for her it may get unhealthy...

She followed Tuck in an excited rush to see this Eridanus! Ohhhhhhh she can't wait!
