@tacitus sounds good! they'd probably make good friends; prata is extremely curious and inquisitive, as a kitten and when he grows into an adult. he still hasn't learned about his lover boy tendencies yet, but they could probably talk up a storm! prata is good at that, and he also still isn't sure who can be eaten and who can't, so he'll probably be workign that out the whole time lmao.
perhaps prata tries to pounce (badly) on tacitus and that starts their interaction? or if that's too much, he could simply be interrupted staring or something? if tacitus has anything interesting to show him, even a particularly shiny stone or a cool trick, it'll probably catch his attention immediately as a conversation starter. prata's an information sponge.
