The cub felt another wave of joy when Blackberry told him they were going home right now. His mind filled with images of a happy group of other gembounds lounging together and eating together and snuggling together. Baffin wasn't sure what snuggling was but the way the thought made him feel warm surely meant it was a good thing. A smile spread across his maw and he looked up at Blackberry. This goose was the best thing to ever happen to him! And his life was just starting out! It had to be a good life he was heading for. He quickly followed Blackberry, optimistic of the things to come.
