Where was he?

The pup groaned, finding himself lying on a pile of crysalis shards. They were digging into his stomach, so he scrambled to his feet.

And was quick to discover that he was a pup no longer. He stood much taller than when he was young, and he was far more sturdy on his feet.

His mouth was dry, to the point that his tongue rather hurt.

So, looking around, he was quick to spot a puddle of water. He plodded over to it, beginning to lap it up with a low yawn.
