Deli smiled widely and wagged their tail, barking happily as the fawn accepted their friend request. The fear was leaking from their expression and they were defaulting back to excitement, now caught up again in the mystery of all these weird bone things.
"What looking for? Bone? Rock? We find! Maybe they want to play then!" What, exactly, Deli meant by "play" wasn't really clear, but they bounced off towards the other canines, yapping.
"Find stuff!"
Without waiting for the others to say anything back, they dived forward, beginning to dig into the pile of bones near one of of the bone creatures, throwing up bones and rock and dirt and splashing themselves with water. They grabbed a couple of nice rocks that the skeletons might like, a cool piece of bone, what looked liked a piece of metal, and a small chunk of spinel.
Carrying all this in their jaws, trying not to wince as some of it stabbed at the upper parts of their mouth, they trotted over to the nearest skeleton creature, duping their collection of Stuff on the ground and giving a small, friendly yap.
"Here! Things!" They eyed the little collection of trinkets with a fairly jealous eye, however, and suddenly found themselves not wanting to give any of it away. A paw came out and carefully moved it closer, considering.
"You...have one!"
