So, meet my dragon Baratheon! I think he's in need of some official plots :3

The one thing that I have in mind that I think would be fun would be someone that tries to help him control his bloodlust but ultimately fail because it can't be controlled, only sated. Right now I think someone could coerce Baratheon into following them because he's still young and gullible and would follow anyone that promises to help him control his Bloodlust or even someone that just promises to be nice. I think it'd be fun if he fell in with some less than savory character and they exploited his Bloodlust to get back at their enemies and to keep Bara from thinking (he turns into a mindless animal when it's activated so if you could keep out of range and throw bloody meat at him then he's easy to exploit). After a while when he hits his teenage years I think it'd be fun if he got some character development from the exploitation and decided to rebel and whatnot... Don't know quite what would come of it XD but I envision him as a loner when he grows up so there's that.

Outside of this plot idea that I have Baratheon's a pretty nice guy (when he's not trying to kill you) and he's easy to get along with so some friends would be nice. Lovers are pretty much out of the question since he's genderless... He wouldn't really have a romantic love plot as he has no sexual interest in anyone, the closest he'd come to that would be having a friend that he's extremely close to, even when he becomes a loner.

/throws Usui into the mix
He will definitely want to stalk Baratheon around so that he can /cue documentary voice, “observe the dragon in the natural habitat” and he’ll definitely want to find out how Baratheon’s bloodlust may be sated so that he can prevent others from getting hurt. I forsee a fight breaking out where Baratheon goes crazy with bloodlust and Usui goes crazy and unleashes his lion force against Baratheon and they’ll fight and fight, with Baratheon wanting to keel everything and Usui wanting to subdue Baratheon…it’ll be epic.

Yess... So much yes! Except I see that final fight happening when he turns 2 cycles >D I imagine with him growing his bloodlust will get worse and he finally turns on Usui in an uncontrollable rage (because I'm imagining that the more it's activated within a small period of time the more out of control he'll be) and finally come to the conclusion that he might need to be alone whereupon he isolates himself (maybe not permanently but... we'll see). While he's young though... I wouldn't mind if Bara clung around Usui because he sees Usui as being able to help him control himself. don't tell Bara it's impossible though I also wouldn't mind Bara picking up some of Usui's sarcasm and his wisdom |D if that's alright. It'd also be cool if Usui tried to document his bloodlust by activating it and trying to dominate him/control him when it happens which could lead to the cycle 2 confrontation.
