Mevoh was on top of a building, with a lesser gembound snake in her talons. It was poisonous, but she didn't care. Secretary birds were experts of killing venomous snakes. She used her beak to rip up the snake, eating the tasty meat. Venomous snakes always tasted great. Maybe it was just her taste. She was happy to eat in peace, as the ceiling glittered with shiny gems. She has been to a lot of rooms, but Orion seemed to be the most civilized of all the rooms. She continued to pick at the meat, not caring what happened below.

Not far from where the bird was eating, Deli was painting. As usual. Standing among the ruined buildings, in front of a particularly smooth wall that offered them ample room to plaster their art. They weren't in a particularly mischevious mood and it showed in their art. Instead of a vulgar drawing of either the dragon or that big rude beast that had tried to kill it, instead they painted their gorilla friend, a mortar and pestle in hand, sitting against the wall of Eridanus, with a gentle smile on her face. It wasn't much yet - simple, flat colors, only outlines at the moment, but they held a vial of green in their paw, filling out the world around with bright, warm colors.

She was, to them, a serene, warm figure. A protective, calming one. They liked her a lot and wanted to capture that bit of beauty they'd had in their life, if only for a moment. And one thing they'd discovered about this new body was that having fingers instead of paws made it a lot easier to paint. They were dextrous and careful, with far more delicate movements then a wolf's paw. And the claws retracted as well - that was helpful if they didn't want to scratch up their painting.

They hummed to themselves as they painted, a small, genuine smile on their face, blissfully unaware of the bird above them.

Mevoh's meal was paused as she saw an ugly looking multicolored canine painting on the buildings. How dare that canine?! These buildings along with the rest of Orion, held important history of the caves. They were like important artifacts, holding important history. She threw her snake at the canine, aiming to hit its head, instead it landed next to its feet. She raised her voice as she spread her wings, standing tall on the building that was high above the canine. "Why you multicolored, brainless, idiotic, hideous piece of filth!" She clacked her beak in irritation. "What in the caves do you think you're doing?! These buildings along with other things in Orion, are ancient artifacts of our history!!! These buildings hold important lore! You dare paint on them as if they were your toys! But of course you wouldn't understand. With all that color on you, your hideous looks, and your trashy features, you look to stupid to comprehend anything!!! You're a disgrace! You mangy mutt!" With that she rolled her eyes, not even wanting to finish her food. This canine was very stupid, and had no respect for what these caves held.

Deli was just minding their own business. Perfectly calm, which was actually quite a rarity for the chaotic mindset they were usually in. Perfectly content to paint by themselves when, suddenly, something hit the ground next to them. They looked down and yelped at the sight of a half-eaten snake that had smacked onto the ground next to them.

A grin immediately plastered on their face, magicka reacting instinctively but not quite taking hold. Their eyes widened and nearly bulged out of their head as they turned up to look at whoever had thrown the snake. Some bird up there, absolutely losing it and screaming insults that didn't quite piece Deli's heart but certainly set a fire blazing somewhere in their stomach.

Nobody insulted their art and got away with it.

"HEY," they screeched, stepping towards the building that the bird was on, face split open in a grin far too wide. "WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN?! THEY'RE JUST ROCKS!" They grabbed the body of the snake and threw it with all their force at the bird, although it wasn't like they were aiming - it just bounced off the rock and fell back to the ground while Deli flexed their claws. "COME DOWN AND SAY THAT TO MY FACE YOU UGLY SHITHEAD!!"

Mevoh would not get her feathers ruffled by this idiotic sack of waste. She rose her head in superiority, unable to deal with their nonsense. "That just shows how blind you are, you pitiful excuse for a gembound. These buildings are a proud part of the caves history. You have no business calling others an ugly shithead. You're so putrid and repulsive, just the sight of you would make someone want to remove their stone. My looks however, are pleasant and elegant, unlike you, you multi-colored pig." Mevoh turned her head away, not willing to indulge the canine any longer. She would find a way to remove that crap from the building. That canine had no right to do this to these buildings. Mevoh found herself superior to most creatures, and this filth was definitely one of them.

Was it even possible for smiles to get this wide? A giggle bubbled up in their throat and a moment later they dissolved into a fit of chilling laughter that was completely devoid of any real humor! "I think I'll paint you next! Make these ugly buildings even uglier!!" And right then, immediately, they picked up a vial of paint, popped it open, and sketched out the bird on the wall. "Look! I'm gonna give you a big penis!" And Deli did just that, painting the bird with its beak wide open, gobbling up a very large penis.

They cackled as they did so, pressing their paws against the wall to fix it on forever. The magic raced through the stone and there it was - a messy but recognizable sketch of Mevoh eating a dick. "LOOK AT THAT?" they howled with laughter. "Now you get to be on the walls too!"

Mevoh rolled her eyes not even bothered by this canine's disgusting sense of humor. She shouldn't have even involved herself with this dumb peasant. She turned swiftly in the opposite direction, then flew off out or Orion. She did not even care to look back. She was above that canine and its nonsense. She needn't bother herself with idiocy.

And Deli, of course, completely interpreted Mevoh's leaving as a flee, howling with laughter as she flew off. Oh good, he had another fun little subject to deal with now! He cackled and beat the ground with his paws, quivering with rage but also close to crying with laughter. That was ridiculously fun!

They stood and looked at their work before returning to the painting of the gorilla. Oh, no, they were in way to insane of a mood to finish this now! No, they had to go plaster as many buildings as possible with paintings of that weird bird doing vulgar things now!

With a giggle, they picked up their bag of paints and skipped away, stopping some ways away to start a new piece.
