James nodded and decided to try his most trusted spell. Almost effortlessly, he lifted up a small stone and tossed it back and forth in the air. He smiled and looked down at Peggy, tail swishing.

"There!", he said with a smile, "You see? With some determination you can get even the most stubborn bout of magic to flow."

He nudged Pegasus gently and set the rock in front of him, "Now, let's see if we can get your pesky magic to work, hm?"

He laughed and blew a raspberry into his son's cheek, feathers fluffing up as he bombarded him with nuzzles and kisses everywhere he could get.
