Wariness shined in her eyes as he commanded her to hitch a ride. She wobbled a little, hesitating, then slowly leaned into his neck, then slid to his back, tail wrapping around the base of his neck. She curled herself up, head near his, tongue flickering occasionally. Her squeeze was tight enough to cling, but there wasn't enough strength in her to damage him with her muscles. The Bone King flinched only the slightest at the sheer cold the bone-white serpent's aura emanated. Were all snakes this cold? How did they even function? Azazel couldn't imagine being freezing cold all the time. He (and his species) didn't really mind chilly weather, but even he would like to be nice and warm. Once Egahi had made her way onto his neck and gotten a good grip with her own length of body, Azazel smiled. "I'll make sure you don't fall off." With that, he took off, to flee from the Chambers and show the scorpion queen her home.
