"Speech"

Amaria's eyes went wide when she spotted the black feline moving closer. She was instantly standing up straight on all four paws as he rushed over to them and instantly began speaking. A broad grin spread over her features. Another Leopard! She instantly moved closer to him, admiring his much darker spots on his already dark fur. "Wow! We do have spots same!" She cheered swinging her gaze back up to his face, as to which she actually took note of the horns atop his head. She made a 'whoa' expression before she was right back to grinning and without hesitance bounced right back over to Leon and Makyna. "We have same spots!" She cheered. Obviously they hadn't heard what Cancer had said even though he was only a few paces away from the.

When Bevvy began speaking again, Amaria's attention quickly moved on again. This time focusing on the birds as she began listing off all the things she could potentially do here. She couldn't stand still! She was so excited. All of that seemed like so much fun! "Yes! want see ev'thing!" She laughed happily, unable to contain any of her overwhelming excitement. She was practically bouncing around on her paws, not quite sure which one to look at next, or even how to really handle the amount of excitement that was now coursing through her.

Bevy was so glad that everyone was even getting along! It was so nice to have so many friends all together. She hoped it would always be just like this, with everyone so happy and enthusiastic. She knew that Amaria would be like a little star in their family, and she was so happy to see Cancer's genuine joy at seeing a feline just like him.

"Well if you ever want to see me and go climbing around, I live right over there. Just call for me and I'll come, okay?" Bevy chirped at the young one, flying up high above the group and waving at the ledges. She had somethings she wanted to just yet, and she also had a feeling Ammy and Cancan were going to have a huge bundle of fun for a while-- if the big bear and lioness let him at her. At any rate, she didn't want to hold them up, and she also didn't want to keep being a distraction for the little one. Seemed like she had a short attention span.

With that, Bevy took off back towards the ledges-- she had to get back to guarding the cave, after all! She was trying to take her first few days seriously, and now that the three of them had a pawful to deal with, who else would keep an eye on things?

(If we were being honest, however, Bevy felt a tinge in her chest that made her quite uncomfortable. Underneath the happiness was a boiling, rotting thing inside of more than just her. She didn't have a name for it yet, but she could sense it in Leon, and she even caught a flash of it in Makyna's eyes as she stayed silent. The young bird wasn't ready for these feelings, and she certainly didn't want to ruin a good moment by dragging everyone down.

The poor birdy was just as jealous as Ky.)

"Speech"

It was so fun meeting everyone. Learning of all those who lived within the area. Amaria couldn't be happier. She grinned up to Leon and Makyna as she padded back over to them and sat in front of the both of them. Her gaze turned to move over all the others once again. She gave a smile and a wave as the bird, Bevy, took her leave and she knew the others would soon take their leave as well. A small yawn escaped the cub and she had to shake her head to force the sensation away. Her eyes began to droop wearily and she knew it wouldn't be much longer before she needed a nap.

"Leon, Makyna....I am tired...." She nearly whined up at the two. A soft pout marked over her features as she pushed her ears off to the side. She had no idea where she would go lay down, but she knew she had to find somewhere. She drew herself up to her paws once more and looked around, trying to spot a comfy place where she could lay down and rest for awhile. With one last grin to Cancer and the others she moved to give an affectionate rub to Makyna and Leon before she trotted away. Moving further into Pisces to search for a place to lay.

The bear tipped his head down to the little leopard cub as she approached and pouted about being tired. Well, of course she must be! She had just emerged from her chrysalis and journeyed all the way over from Polaris to Pisces! Granted, it was on his back, but after that she met a whole bunch of other Gembounds, and he could only imagine that it was overwhelming and exhausting. The bear laughed and smiled. "Go get some sleep, then! We can do some exploring or something later." He encouraged, and nudged the leopard cub's shoulder. Pulling away, he watched her take her leave, heading off to some other part of the cave to find her own sleeping spot. Leon himself wasn't all that tired; if he hadn't just promised to take the babe out for some exploring, he'd go out for a patrol himself.

With a small sigh, he looked to Cancer and then to Makyna. "I'm gonna catch something to eat. Join me?" The bear offered. Of course, the offer was extended mostly to Makyna. He couldn't stop Cancer if the dark leopard wanted to join, but maybe he had other stuff to do. Whatever. The bear clambered to his paws and began to head away to the lagoon, occasionally casting a glance over his shoulder to see if his friends would join him.
