While the alligator seemed content to slip into a narrow channel among the muck, Ghanyarah walked a few paces more to reach the muddy bank and slipped into the waters. They surged up along his sides, filling him with tranquility - it was a sensation that reminded him of home, of belonging. He put his attention toward Dragon, but admittedly did lose himself in the feeling of the water for just a moment. So cold, so soothing. He rumbled deep in his throat with contentedness.

The Eyes seemed to be their first priority, then. Well, aside from rebuilding the Children of Rot. He nodded, keeping these notes in mind as Dragon formed a rudimentary plan and advised him on approaching the Eyes. It would have to just be the two of them then, maybe a third - depending on who else wanted to join them, he supposed. And no swimming. Something seemed familiar about these laws.

"Yes," he said in simple agreement and undulated through the water in Dragon's wake, eying the mountain of decaying corpses that the alligator had accumulated. It seemed even during the cave's most stagnant periods, his brother had worked hard to appease their Father. He just hoped that it would pay off in the end.

exit Ghanyarah!
