Usi nods vigorously. She'd continue exploring, the more she found, the more she could bring back. "I will try."

Her eyes brighten at the prospect of using slime. That counted as ingredients, she supposed. She hopes that the blacksmith would accept her things.
"Thank you, Phley. I'm not sure if he will take this, but I wont forget your help." She attempts to scoop some of the slime into her mouth, and while the taste is less than pleasant, far less than pleasant actually, she powers through it. It wouldn't be her problem soon enough, anyways. Once she feels she has a sufficient amount, she picks her gem back up, and slithers off to catch up with Elspet. It was time to see the blacksmith once more.

It waited patiently as the anaconda scooped slime into her mouth, wondering if it should have warned her of the possibly disgusting petroleum-esque taste it had. Oh, well it was too late anyways. Usingizi seemed to be becoming quite the busy bee, slithering off with barely another word. Phlegethon simply lowered its head, allowing her easier passage into the water, and rumbled, "be safe. I will watch."

It meant, of course, from there.

Let it be known that the monstrosity was energy-efficient, not lazy.
