Xevir's eyes widened as the vision finished, she slowly turned towards Attikias, her tone like that of a surprised grown up. "I saw the vision. There was a being I was looking through the eyes of, the holder of your stone. And that being was not you Attikias." She finally got the picture. "The being I was seeing, was the previous owner of your stone. It was an elf, and it was speaking with two other elves. The language was unknown, and I think it was the elf language Astraea spoke of. The elves in the vision were fixated on a vial with deep blue liquid. What was the importance of the vial? I do not know. Attikias, I think I just realized something very unsettling. I think that before all gembounds, our stones belonged to ancient creatures. Now, I still don't know what borrowed forms, old magic, or anything else has to do with it. But our stones belonged to ancient creatures, from a distant era of the caves. But I think, no, I know, that this era and ancient creatures disappeared. A new era may have began, beginning with us gembounds. I don't know why Astraea can't just be upfront about this, but I know he is hiding something." She turned away as if greatly troubled, which she was. "I know that some things are meant to be hidden, but now i do not see it that way. I feel, that, I need to uncover the entire truth. You can't just say that our forms are borrowed, then leave us with that bit of information." She meant Astraea in that respect.

@Attikias
Eat my dust, or my horns. Pick one, because you're not going to eat me.

There was surprise in her face, but it didn't give him any alarm, more an inkling of fear for what she could have seen. Was there a vision of him hunting? Or eating meat, of washing blood, holding hearts and creating pelts?

No. His lips drew thin and an eye squinted as she spoke. "I'm gonna stop you right there. I'm me," he spoke with a deeper voice, a hand splaying across his chest to indicate himself.

Vial? Liquid? "I don't know. Maybe dye." The guess was thrown out, but there was barely any time for him to make any conversation, to which he bit his tongue and felt his expression growing sour. This kid was talking like she knew everything, and yet-

"You're edging on delusional. Why do you care about some hidden truth? It's already killed someone before."

He stood, here, and made towards his jars and vials of his own as he was reminded of them, his back turned in dismissal. "My body is my own. I'm me, and even if it's borrowed, I'm sure as hell gonna run it ragged before anybody else gets their hands on it." He shook his head when he retrieved a broken glass, setting it aside before searching around half-heartedly, tail swaying with unease. "There are things you might not want to see if you keep goin' down this path, Xev- It is Xevir, right?"

He looked back at her, his discomfort clear in the intensity in his eyes.

@Xevir
