MAGICKA LEVEL 100%
RESTORED TO 100%
Kin-Kin nodded matter-of-factly, her deep purple eyes glancing over Aaliyah to see if she was impressed. Perhaps in some ways, this knowledge was not something to be proud of, but to Kin-Kin, the fact that she was still walking around with so much ego to boot just showed that she hadn't gone that route. And thus, in her eyes, that made her better, prouder, stronger. "Yup! magic can be a pretty risky thing. Of course though, it depends on the spell..." Kin-kin gave a nod. "Light doesn't have any of that. It's pretty, for sure, but it's the beginner's element. Just ain't much fun anymore for me."
Kin-Kin had a lot to owe to light magic... and that wasn't to say she didn't still cast it religiously, because she did at every chance she got. Perhaps she was being a little hard on the light magic, but it was only magic. It wasn't like it had feelings, or a soul. Hah! What a world would that would be, eh?
Kin-Kin was drawn back from her thoughts by the cat's voice again, and her ears flicked thoughtfully at their words. "I didn't," she said with a smirk. "I had an idea, and I gave it a go. Y'know the crystals in Polaris? I saw those, and I said to myself, "I wanna make one of those"... And then I did. It was hard, for sure. I didn't even know if I could. But every time I tried and failed, I felt the magic there. It just... slipped outta my reach. So I kept on trying, to reach it."
She grinned, moving her foreleg slightly so that the crystal blade clinked.
