Aure cursed inwardly at himself for still not articulating in a way that was really understandable, but couldn't take another stab at it before the kaiju knelt slightly, as if to leap. The wyvern hunkered down involuntarily, magic already churning in a fight response.

Bright eyes stared off in the direction the Overseer had gone, half-expecting some screams of terror as he hunted down something larger and more intelligent than a rat. But, not a sound came, and Aure was left by his lonesome in the fortresses. His wisp, forgotten but not dismissed, finally bobbed towards him from some unknown crevice. He sighed and diffused it with a simple wave of his wing, before taking off.
