That was surprisingly poetic, and some likely intentional foreshadowing that Tahi-shei would undoubtedly think about in a couple cycles when he was actually blind. For now though, he was seeing Giggle mostly just fine (the brain could fill in space like crazy, unfortunately for him). He smiled at her, and gave a vague shrug.
He mulled over Giggle's proposed test for a bit. It was... scary, to say the least. Unfamiliar. A step into the unknown. But he trusted her -- she'd never done him wrong. She'd never guided him in the wrong direction. In fact, she'd made him promise not to hurt people. Giggle was trustworthy, and she believed in him. So he believed in him. "Okay," he said firmly, nodding and finally meeting her eyes. "Okay, it's worth a try."
Tahi-shei glanced over at Giggle. His mind was already moving. He figured she'd probably get a bone or something, but that felt a bit too obvious... in any case, he'd figure it out when he got to it. As it were... he cleared his throat and started to get up, slowly. No sudden movements -- he still didn't know how comfortable she was with his crown. With him. (He understood.) "I guess I should go, then." Tahi-shei met her gaze again. "I'll see you then?" he said, voice a little... small. Seeking validation, almost. Like he wasn't sure she wanted to see him.
