Most of the time Adi had spent in the caves so far had been devoted to one thing- exploring as much as he could. Slowly but surely he'd been making his way through each of the cave's rooms. Poking at anything new or interesting she'd found.

So far it'd been absolutely fascinating! Every time she turned a corner some new creature or interesting location would spring out of nowhere. There was so much history in these crumbling ruins, so much to explore and discover. Since she'd come to Orion they'd spent their days weaving throughout crumbling buildings, searching for any artifacts not yet scavenged.

Though, Adi had spent most of her time keeping to the rooms more shadowed corners. He'd caught glimpses of some sort of competition occurring, gembounds large and small engaging in some kind of ceremonial brawl. How fascinating some of the competitors looked! She wished she could inspect each and every one of them up close, but whatever they were doing didn't seem like something to be interrupted. So Adi had merely watched from the sidelines, noting down any particularly interesting techniques or challengers to try and pester later.

Of course even a gembound as energetic as them needs rest every now and then, Adi had curled up against a crumbling stone wall staring up at the ceiling with a mix of awe and reverence as they attempted to get some rest- not like their hyperactive mind was helping much with that.

It's been some time since Tigerlily has been awake. The cycles had come and go, now she's got no clue how long it's been. Not a huge deal to the liger, but the disorienting feeling that comes with freshly coming out of chrysalis makes her head spin.

She wipes her face from the sludge of the chrysalis. It's gross but a reminder of the magic - of how their stones protect them even through hibernation. It will dry eventually, or Tigerlily can travel to a water source for a bath. When she feels comfortable enough to move away from the crystal shards, Tigerlily quickly grabs one before standing and moving away.

Within a few days, the stone will be gone.

Instead of dwelling on that fact, Tigerlily continues on. It's not so hard to get back into the swing of life. She knows this cave - knows pretty much all of them - so looking around isn't as magnificent to her as it may be to the younger gembound nearby. Who Tigerlily finally notices after nearly passing by. A little canine - clearly not fully grown yet but nearly there.

She grins, flashing her teeth and waving. "Hello!" A good way to see what's been happening, she supposes.
