He had run into the bird on his way to Polaris, eagerly informing the vulture of the upcoming wedding. He probably already knew, but Leon had to tell him again - besides, did he know that it was happening so soon?! Maybe he didn't! Ever since the battle with Raheerah, Maji Walezi was able to focus on important things again. Like, obviously, the wedding. Leon was terribly excited about it. He'd been looking forward to it ever since he proposed to Makyna a while ago, but they had to put it off... until now. Now nothing would stop them. He wouldn't let ANYTHING STAND IN THE WAY OF THIS WEDDING. If Raheerah fell out of that damn ceiling again, Leon would fight him. With his fists.

"So I said to them," Leon laughed and put on his best, most imposing voice. "'If that dragon shows his ugly mug around here again, I'll fight him! With my fists!' They all laughed. Anyways, they're all busy getting things prepared but there's something I really need to do, before anything." The bear rambled on, glancing over at his friend. "When I proposed to Makyna, I made her this really pretty crown to wear. But I'm gonna make her something even better for the wedding. Wanna know what I'm gonna make?" The bear asked, grinning over at the birb. Please ask. Please ask. I'm so proud of this, this is the coolest thing I've ever thought of.

So yeah. Leon found Azazel and they decided to hang out. The bear and birb were side by side happily, Aza flapping his mighty birb wings while Leon moved them great big barrelled legs across the caves. Probably from a distance, they looked epic. Maybe from up close, probably not. "HAHAHA. That ugly dragon better stay away from the king of fire's wedding. I'll fight him with my FEETS, you fight him with your fists!" It was a perfect battle strategy. But he instantly became curious when Leon mentioned doing something before his wedding. A crown. Nice! Why didn't Azazel have a crown? Azazel wanted a crown. Slyly, he decided he would get Giggle to propose to him later so he could get a crown. Back to the story!"What are you gonna make, Leon???" he squawked. Spill the damn beans!

The bear couldn't help but bark out a great, hearty laugh at his friend's comment. "Yeah like, peck out his eyes or something! He isn't invited anyways, I bet he'd be rude as hell." Leon scoffed. Well... trying to kill everybody was probably really rude to begin with. Leon couldn't imagine what kind of a terrible wedding guest the dragon would make. He rolled his shoulders and pushed on into Polaris - the cave was still smoldering in some places, the ground uneven and choppy, slowly recovering from the battle. But it was getting there. Orange eyes flickered over the cave laid out before them, then turned to Aza'zel, extremely tickled that the bird indulged him. "Think I'm gonna get like, a cool ass rock or a crystal or something. Gonna put some fire in it. Light that bitch up."

Good thing Makyna wasn't here. She'd probably slay him if she heard him talking like that. "Gonna give it to Ky during the ceremony and I'm gonna say some real cheesy stuff too. I mean, it's totally from the heart, but I'm not gonna lie its gonna be real cheesy. Mac 'n cheesy." He scoffed and wandered up close to where the spire was. Of course, the bear wasn't really going to approach the spire itself - it was probably still a little sore from the battle. He had his sights set on a smaller outcropping of crystal nearby.

In response to the hearty laugh, Azazel broke out into raucous laughter and threw his head up and down with it. His voice may sound a little scratchy, but his laugh was literally the loudest laugh in the caves. Really! Blinking away small tears, he nodded along. "Yeah yeah that big meany volcano would ruin the wedding party! I'll get some epic armor and FIGHT him while the wedding happens." With his FEETS AND BEAKS, as they had previously agreed on. "Ooo, ooo. Pretty rock? Like a ring?" A ring would be absolutely awesome. An amaranthine stone would be perfect. But how would Leon get it on Makyna. How would Makyna get it on alone.

Too much magic, not enough logic. Who cared, right?

"I'll bring a waterfall of cheese! Let's make the waterfall made out of cheese! Somebody get a cow... is there a cow in Origin Caves???" Landing and perching on a stray rock, Azazel chirped and hopped from stone to stone the best he could. On one stone, he faceplanted. It hurt. But he continued. "I think you should use like, amaranthine stone to make the pretty stone. Like really pretty purple-red. Or is her favorite color blue?" Azazel was pretty sure her favorite color was blue.

The vulture's laugh was unfortunately contagious, and the bear found himself bursting forth with another laugh to join him. With their fists and beaks and feets they could definitely kick that dragon's ass. (Probably not, but the dragon's absence put him in a better mood than he'd been in in a while.) Aza'zel asked about a ring, but Leon furrowed his brow and scratched his head. "A ring? No, I don't even know how she'd wear that." He scoffed. Leon tried to imagine Makyna walking around with a clunky piece of stone around one of her toes and it really didn't end so well.

The bird started going on about cheese and Leon couldn't hold back his giggles. "A cow?!" He laughed. "I don't think I've seen a cow before. What about a goat? Or wait! Deer! Can we make deer cheese?" There were plenty of deer, certainly one of them wouldn't mind being used to make cheese. Wait, since when were they catering the wedding with cheese? "We should cater the wedding with fancy cheese." Leon said suddenly, then glanced at Aza'zel. "It'll be an inside joke."

The bear lumbered towards the crystals while Aza'zel perched on a nearby rock, nattering on about suggestions for the rock. "Her favorite colour's blue, stupid!" Leon laughed and shoved his paw at the bird before closing in on the cluster. "Haven't you ever seen the flowers she puts behind her ear? These big blue things? They smell good." Alright, maybe he was getting a little gushy. Leon huffed and plopped onto his butt, examining the crystal. "How do I break a piece of this off?" With a look of absolute focus, Leon readied his paw and tried to karate chop a chunk off.

Success! It was just a small fragment, but it cracked off the tip of the crystal, clattering to the ground.
