Of course Kerberos had to come, Bones was going! The big boof dog had no idea what was happening, but he didn't seem to care much, either. He just wanted to go with his buddy.

All the other times Kerb had passed by the room with the waterfall, it had been surprisingly... Empty. This time, it was full of gembounds. Even more so-- he caught glance of a huge, twisting noodle of white and cotton candy. The pup began to pant eagerly, pawing at the ground by Bones as their little Bonebound group stopped.

"Bones!" He barked in a stage whisper, shoving his noses into the painted pup. "Do you see that?" He was shaking with excitement, his mammoth body squirming so much it looked like his skeleton might just pop out of his fur.

"Baratheon," Kerberos told Bones, still whispering in the loudest woofs a whisper could be told in. "I wanna--" "No, gotta behave," "No fair." His heads seemed to bicker among themselves-- but over all the massive mutt looked rather like a school girl whispering to her friend about a crush that was walking down the hall.

In this case, however, the cerberos wanted to fight and eat the dragon, not make out with it.

... It was a good thing his mother had taught him manners.

ooc ;; WEDDING START....... :) hope this is ok madi @Leon @Makyna

As everyone gathered, Bevy was finishing up some... Personal business. It was a shame that Dark wouldn't be making it to the wedding, but there was a gentle relief in the small bird that she had escaped the bleakness of her own mind and got together the strength to put on a good face for the wedding. Sweeping over the crowd, the leader of Maji Walezi let out a brilliant, singsong call. As she flew over, petals of varying shades of red-- scarlet, rose, and a pink that was just a shade off of pure white-- fell from her feathers.

"Welcome everyone! Maji Walezi is honored to have so many guests here for this special event."

The red and black bird fluttered down beside Leon, wings settling down at her side before she raised her beak to the almost comically huge bear beside her. "Are we ready?" She peeped to the grizzly, a warmth in her voice that was quite unusual for Calypso. It was frankly all Dark's fault, but regardless.

The bird stared out at the crowd and raised her dark wings, letting out another short, sweet call to the group. "Everyone, allow me to personally thank you all for coming today. It is with great honor that I, Bevy, Leader of Maji Walezi, ask you all to rise and make way for our beautiful, one and only, bride-to-be... Makyna Songcat."

"Oh!" Clover said in a hushed tone, her face brightening with excitement at seeing Bartos, then Ambrus following after them a ways, and with having the announcement that the wedding was starting. "Come, come sit by me," She said, ushering both her clever cat and her beautiful bird to stand next to her near the front of the ceremony.

"It's so wonderful to see the both of you again," She whispered, feeling incredibly excited and delighted all at once. Oh, how could this day get any better? She turned to face down the path now decorated with lovely flower petals, and awaited the coming of the bride. Clover wondered - was there going to be singing? She hoped so! It was never really mentioned when she helped decorate earlier.

today was to be a wonderful day, his parents was to finally get married and after weeks of preparation and arduous working it was finally time. instead of being with his father and the others to help with decorations, quintus had decided to wander once more to help prepare himself for what was about to happen, anxiety was currently affecting him despite the fact that he did not really have anything to fear; wonder how pa and ma are holding up. despite all the time they had to prepare for the wedding, he doubted that they was any less anxious than he was after all they was the ones getting married. after some time, the teen would make his way back to the cave only to hear a bird calling out for his mother and see the path decorated with flower petals. at the mention of his mother, his eyes would light up and he could not help but wonder how beautiful the bride must have been looking; emotions of excitement was beginning to affect him causing him to accidentally cast a spell. quintus would hear his accelerated heartbeat along with the heartbeats of everybody else inside which instantly caused a sensory overload despite the spell's success, with a squirm he would squint his eyes in slight pain before grunting; "Ouch."

"Makyna Speech"

The day was finally here! Today she was to be wed to the best, most amazing gembound in the entire cave.

Leon.

Her Leon...

Together... Both of them.

The lioness squealed internally with excitement as she stood just outside of Pisces, waiting for the procession to start. Her claws kneaded on the ground excitedly while moisture seeped from her paw pads. Oh! How exciting was this? Butterflies swam in her gut as the time grew closer and closer. Did she look alright? Were the flowers still in her fur? Self-consciously she paced over to a nearby pool and peered into the water, the flower crown that Leon had made her was sitting between her ears, shimmering and glowing beautifully. The flowers crystallized in the gems matched her eyes perfectly and she couldn't help but smile at the gift's perfection. Leon's perfection... He was the one who'd made the beautiful item. She would forever be grateful... She just hoped that he would like her own gift to him. Currently the tigress she trusted as her best friend was holding onto the crafted necklace with its amber gems and the flowers so carefully weaved into it. Her own fur was groomed until it was slick and shining with blue flowers woven carefully into her ruff on the back of her neck and along her tail tuft. She would have had more flowers but it was hard to weave them in her short tawny fur.

"Oh, Arete!" The lioness turned to the nearby tiger, eyes aglow with happiness and the nerves she felt in her gut. "I'm so excited but I'm so nervous too! I bet there're so many gems out there and what if I mess up what I'm supposed to say or what if I slip... Or... Or my fur! Does it look alright? Am I fine? Do you think?" It was then that she heard the call of their figurehead, Bevy. It was time. "Oh! Oh! It's time! Oh!" She hastily wiped her paws on the ground to clear away the sweat before she took a pace and stood beside the tiger.

With one last look to her friend she began that walk down the center aisle between the gembounds, on the beautiful flowers along the ground. Everything looked so gorgeous... So perfect. It was magical, the most perfect day... And there, standing at the end was her teddy bear. The love of her life, the one her heart belonged to.

Leon.

She could feel all of her nerves die down, nothing but pure bliss and pure happiness remained. This was their day. Their perfect time... They would be united. It almost felt like she glided down the center aisle, eyes locked onto her lifetime partner while her mouth was curled up into a beautiful smile. It was almost like no one else was there, it was just him standing there and waiting for her. Just him so that they could unite themselves in matrimony.

She was ready.

She took her place right across from him, eyes glowing with her intense joy.

Soft orange eyes watched as the Lioness nervously moved about as they waited for the wedding to begin. Other gembounds had gathered, their scents easily filling up the area they were in. As Makyna turned towards her and began to speak a warm laugh escaped the tiger and she rose to all four paws to move closer to the lion. "Makyna, you're going to do fine," She spoke with such an adoring smile as she touched her paw against Makyna's shoulder, as if to help ease the lion's nerves, "And you look stunning. They will all be in awe." Her smile grew as she looked over the lioness, making sure nothing was out of place and she was as prime and perfectly groomed as she should be for this wondrous day.

Rounded ears swivled around as she began to hear the words from the Maji Walezi leader and she turned her head towards the entrance as Makyna moved to wipe her paws free of collected sweat. "So it is," She chuckled at Makyna and her words again before she soon took her spot next to Makyna. With a reassuring nod to her dear friend she strode in sync with the lioness as they headed down the Aisle. Leon's gift that she had been entrusted with was safely looped about her tail, making sure that it would not be damaged in the least as she walked. She studied the decorations, the gembounds that had gathered to witness the ceremony.

As they approached the bear, Arete set her gaze upon him and kept it there for a short moment as Makyna took her place just opposite of Leon. With a flick of her ears, Makyna moved to the side, just a few paces away from Makyna, but still close enough to where she could present Leon the gift from Makyna. She sat quietly, bringing said present around for her front paws to grasp at and hold protectively. Now it was time to wait.

Amaria

You fell away,
What more can I say?
The feelings evolved,
I won't let it out,
I can't replace...
Your screaming face,
Feeling the sickness inside

Quietly, in the back of the cavern where the Ridges formed on the west wall a figure loomed within the shadows. Piercing blue eyes peered directly at the gathering of gembounds that were close to the waterfall. A long, thick scaled tail dangled over the edge of one of the slick ledges swaying in a slow motion. A strange emotion pitted in her chest and stomach as she looked from one gembound to the next. Several she knew, others she did not, but none of them mattered to her in that particular moment. Her gaze was settled upon the bear that was stationed in the front, looking far more groomed than she could have ever recalled seeing him. Her heart twisted, for many different reasons, but she did not react to them. Paws crossed over the other, the smooth scales brushing against her warm fur and had she not been used to her new changes she would have had her attention drawn to them.

There was a part of her, a large part really, that desperately wanted to go down there. To be apart of what was about to take place. She had knew of it, had heard all about it before her run in with Raheerah. And although she had left her brother and sister on unkind terms, she would dare not miss such a thing when she knew how much this meant to them. Fear kept her lurking on the Ridges, unwilling to gather with the other Gembounds that were there. Would Leon try to attack her again for what she had done? Would he toss her out and demand she leave? Most likely. It was her own fault. She had not meant to cause harm to Makyna and Leon had every right to be pissed off at her for it. She would be mad had someone struck the one she loved.

Ears pinned back against her skull as she recalled the fight, but she quickly shook it from her mind. Now was not the time to focus on such things. Or to dwell on what other consequences she may face for her actions. No. Right now it was time to watch her beloved brother marry her just as adored sister. Her eyes squinted a moment as she just barely saw Bevy move into position and begin talking and for a moment she willed her magic to her bidding. It was only a matter of seconds before she felt the soft sensation in her tail and her vision almost instantly grew far better than before. The magic seemed to falter for a moment, before it finally regained itself, causing all of her senses to heighten. She saw them all much easier, heard them far clearer than before. Felt them. It was a sensation she had only experienced a few times when she had used that particular skill.

A smile curled across her features as her attention was pulled to Makyna who finally began her way down the Aisle with a Tiger by her side. A rip in her chest caused her lips to peel back, exposing the top row of her fangs. Perhaps it was jealousy that coursed through her at seeing the feline next to her sister. That should have been her, but honestly she had no one else to blame but herself. Amaria forced herself to relax and settle down, watching as Makyna took her spot near Leon. The Ceremony was sure to begin. It all seemed surreal to her though. The decorations were truly astonishing and everything else just seemed to be awestruck. At least to her it seemed that way, but it could also be because of her heightened senses.

The duo had arrived in Canis, Azazel and Bones. It would seem that they were right on time. The strange white fluffs that fell from... somewhere were disregarded by the bird. Azazel would remain perched on the shoulders of Bones, hopping off when he would turn and ask him a question. Carefully, he fluttered down onto the floor, depositing his own skull on the floor. It was that of a bear, thick and strong. His carmine gaze would find the painted canine, and he gazed at the skull he had been holding. In both, glimmering stones were jammed into the eye sockets, one of white quartz and the other of smoky black obsidian. Azazel had painted on the lion skull with some blue dye he had made from some Eridanusian flowers... a crescent shape. The bear skull would possess the shape of a circle with brilliant rays wafting out from it, painted in glowing dandelion yellow. The shapes felt familiar, but Azazel wasn't sure why. He felt as if they belonged together.

His gaze flickered towards the crowd, and he clicked his beak quietly. There was quite a gathering already. Perhaps the wedding was starting soon. In the crowd were two very obviously distinct shapes. One was of Kerberos, and the other of Baratheon... wearing an eyepatch. Odd. Perhaps his wounds were still healing from the clash between Gembound and Tryant. Finally, he huffed with confidence. "Bones, I think everyone over there's doing the wedding thing." Then he would take his bear skull in beak and begin to scamper off in that direction, though it would take him a few minutes to arrive. "Come on!" he called out through a mouth full of bone.

Slowly but surely, the Gembounds began to arrive. His heart leaped the moment he saw the first face appear in the cave - it was Arkrael, and he couldn't help the broad smile that began to spread on his lips. He should have expected her to be among the first, after all, she of all Gembounds knew how excited he was for this wedding. She had helped him make his proposal gift, after all. "Arkrael! It's so great to see you here, I'm glad you made it." The bear rumbled warmly, wandering over to where she had seated herself. Excitement and nervousness nearly pushed him to start an anxious conversation with her, but not long after that a few more had arrived. His orange eyes held to them a gleam of anticipation, flashing briefly to the wolf before ducking out to greet the newcomers. It was the white doe that had helped them set up yesterday, Clover. Then there was Baratheon, and around him was the young puppy Rauslin and Ghost, who seemed to have taken a liking to the furry white dragon.

Then he spotted Bones and following him was a big three-headed dog - the cerberus, the one he had chased away from Cancer. Leon hesitated for a moment, eyes widening slightly at the sight. But nobody else seemed to be alarmed by him, and he was behaving himself, so... The bear pursed his lips and pushed it out of his mind. The little african painted dog seemed to have a good sense of control over the cerberus, so Leon left it at that. He had spotted a fluffy brown cat run in, only to slide on the snow into Clover, causing Leon to emit a quiet laugh. Lilith was here too, taking a spot in the front with a question for the large bear. "Hey Lilith!" He blinked down at her, but finally, he'd spotted Fisher - he didn't know when the mustelid had arrived, he must have slipped in when everybody else was coming in. "Oh, just sit tight, it'll be starting soon! I have to go greet the others." He laughed. The bear turned his attention to the mustelid, directing himself that way. He seemed to be by himself though, so Leon felt the need to greet him properly.

With a few long strides, the bear popped up before Fisher, grinning brightly down at the other Gembound. A lot had transpired since they first met, and in some way Leon still thought of the fisher cat as his long standing rival, though good-natured. Even through Makyna's outburst, which had caused the violet fray between himself and Cancer, Leon had never really blamed Fisher for anything. It was hard to eliminate that first impression so ingrained in his mind for such a long time. "Hey Fishy," He said cheekily, wondering if the mustelid would mind the nickname. "Good to see you here! I'm sure Makyna will be happy to see you here too." It wasn't so much a 'sending you her regards' as it was more of a 'she feels really bad for what she did and she'll be happy you came', which he hoped the fisher cat would understand. "I gotta get ready, but I really am glad to see you here. Looks like I won this race!" He winked and snickered, again, all in good fun - then he turned, just in time to see Bevy flutter down beside him. Leon said nothing, only sealing his lips in a nod.

As he made his way back to the front, he caught sight of Quintus and sent the lion cub a warm smile. He hadn't seen much of Quintus lately, but he was happy that he had come for the wedding. His heart sank a little at the thought of Amaria being here - he wished she was, but... He felt guilty all the same. His relationship with Makyna was what had driven her away in the first place. I can't dwell on that. Today is supposed to be a happy day. So he pushed it aside, rolling his shoulders back and turning to sit at the very head of the aisle. His gaze passed over the Gembounds gathered in front of him, smiling to each and every one of them. Bevy's voice rose up again, requesting they rise for the bride-to-be.

Then he saw her. It was like a beam of light had dropped down and illuminated the one and only Gembound to have ever held his heart. Or maybe she was the source of light herself, casting an undeniable glow on the world around her with her bright smile, her warm eyes, her lovely fur, her beautiful face, everything about her. He could hear his heart crashing against his chest. Moisture began to collect near the corners of his eyes, and heat rose to his cheeks, but he blinked it away - it was too early for him to start crying. She swept in as graceful as the tide, and even if Leon was allowed to speak anything at this moment, he didn't know what he could have said. He stared at her, all at once reverent and breathless and in love, and it showed.

ooc ;; WEDDING START....... :) hope this is ok madi @Makyna

Calypso stood at the center, watching as Makyna weaved through the crowd towards Leon. The feline was adorned with a crystal blue crown made of what was once many exotic flowers, woven together into a crown. Even from a distance, she couldn't help but admire the most important part of Leon's creation: the shining opal at the centerpiece that seemed as though it belonged on Makyna's brow. The lioness was absolutely beautiful.

She felt all the eyes upon the pair, and despite being between the two lovers she felt invisible. A quite voice inside her wondered, a gentle whisper, if only I could have someone like them. The bird did not show a single expression, her feathers lying flat as she thought for a moment that she was glad to have a beak instead of a muzzle.

The bird bowed her head and spread her wings. Underneath her feathery down was Leon's gift, the warm fiery light of the blue shard glowing under her crimson breast. The bird carefully fluttered above them, catching the attention of everyone in the room. In her black talons hung a vined necklace adorning a spire crystal with the heat of a fire inside it's heart, and she draped it carefully over the feline's neck.

She settled down between them once more, admiring the elegant feline. A memory of being a small child full of jealousy fluttered through her heart and she realized that, finally, she could truly just appreciate her friend wholy for who she was, without any extra emotions holding her back. There was no envy tracing venom in her heart, only a simply sensation of joy and wonder. Perhaps, Calypso thought, it would nice to be able to smile in that singular moment. She pushed the thought away as she returned her eyes to the crowd and began to speak.

"Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today to share this important moment, to join Leon and Makyna Songcat in matrimony commended to be honorable among all; and therefore is not to be entered into lightly but reverently, passionately, lovingly and solemnly. In their time together, they have seen their love and understanding of each other grow and blossom and now they have decided to live out the rest of their lives as one."

After a short pause, Enna spoke up, her voice quivering among the crowd at first-- but it quickly grew stronger and stronger as she spoke directly from her own heart.

"I have known Makyna and Leon for most of my life, and they have taught me more about love than anyone else. It goes without saying that these two know and have known real love through each other, and through them, we to can come to know it."

"Real love is identifiable by the way it makes us feel. Love should feel good. There is a peaceful quality to an authentic experience of love that penetrates to our core, touching a part of ourselves that has always been there. True love activates this inner being, filling us with warmth and light. An authentic experience of love does not ask us to look a certain way, to act a certain way, to be anything other than who we are. It takes us as we are, no changes required. When someone truly loves us, their love for us awakens our love for ourselves. They remind us that what we seek outside of ourselves is a mirror image of the lover within. In this way, true love never makes us feel needy or lacking or anxious. Instead, true love empowers us with its implicit message that we are, always have been, and always will be, made of love."

Enna finished speaking for now, Calypso took back the reigns, a bit surprised that her headmate had found the courage to come out despite the current... situation. The bird straightened up and began to explain marriage, keeping Enna's warm tone.

"In knowing this, Leon and Makyna wish to pledge themselves to one another for now and forever. Marriage has the power to set the course of your life as a whole. If your marriage is strong, even if all the circumstances in your life around you are filled with trouble and weakness, it won't matter. You will be able to move out into the world in strength."

"We will begin with the vows. Leon?"
Her speech mostly over for now, she turned her bright eyes to Leon, ready to hear him swear his life to the lioness before him. Although she had come into this expecting to handle it as she had the court ruling, she felt a stir of emotions in side her as she spoke.
